This service is incredibly reliable. It meets a very basic but critical need, is very easy to use and always works the way it is supposed to work. I have not needed to contact the company often but when I have, they have been quite prompt, professional and helpful. Recommend most highly.

I emailed the company because due to some personal matters I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged for the renewal. I asked them to please cancel my subscription and refund my money. They did so no questions asked. They offer a great service and even better customer service. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

When working remotely, the tool helped me to know when important messages had been opened and read. When I no longer needed the service, the representative replied to my cancellation request in a prompt and professional manner.

Great service throughout the year I had the Mailtrack add-on.
I was charged for a second year that I did not need and Jack gave me a speedy reply to my email asking for a refund. A full refund was issued.
I am very satisfied with the service I was given and will definitely be back to sign up in the future and recommend to others.
