We've been using Integromat/Make for over 2 years and our now on a legacy plan. It has proven to have a quite the learning curve but if you have enough knowledge and possibly a dev person to assist, you can save a lot of money and headache utilizing it over Zapier. We avoided Zapier because the costs would have been prohibitive on our overhead but thanks to Make we were able to keep it much lower despite hiccups and headaches we did experience at times.

Doesn't have simple stuff like a "delay by" function. And the "check every 15 minute" thing is not friendly enough for automation beginners. Keeps checking everything every 15 minutes and if the email has been stored already it just keeps sending error messages. i don't want to go through a learning curve for a product like this while Zapier got it all figured out.

Make has an very intuitive interface, what makes very easy to "program"

Pretty happy with Make. I use Make to transfer form data from JotForms to my templates in Word, held in Dropbox. It took me a while to work out how to join all the data together, however there were some really useful guides provided by both Jotform and Make to get it all working. Most errors were literally from my fat fingers entering the wrong info. Happy happy.

c'est super. c'est dommage que l'essai ne dure pas plus longtemps pour ce qui n'ont pas eu le temps de se connecter et profiter. Sinon la formation est nickel. DOMMAGE que ce soit pas traduit en Français, au pire sous titré.

For a small business owner who strives to grow his business without external capital, it´s crucial to be efficient. With make.com I can automate processes easy and without being a programmer. There is lots of possibilities to integrate platforms or applications and a very good path to learn how to do so. I will soon use my first months of experience to introduce make to my team. I am sure it will have an impact on the company´s future.

Utterly the worse app out there it's rubbish being polite,,The app doesn't work,,No customer service this app as wasted my iPad battery,I have given it a chance it's failed avoid this app

Make is so easy to use, intuitive and extremely cost-effective

Simple to use, many integrations, useful explanations, and wonderful free version to test before you commit to a plan.

It simply doesn't work. Nothing I tried to build works. There's always a problem, a mysterious error, or it just fails quietly. Common use cases are surprisingly difficult and error prone. You can't delay more than 300 seconds despite years of requests in their forums. Google Forms integration doesn't work. Google Sheets integration doesn't work. Their Sheets plugin doesn't seem to do anything. I am an experienced developer with over 30 years of experience and I gave up after a few hours of honest effort. I literally failed to recreate even a single one of my zaps. How disappointing.

Make is the best platform to connect all your services. I use it personally and on the projects provided to my clients. Highly recommended.

Best automation experience.Have tried some other automation platforms but they either didn’t serve the purpose or were too expensive. Make serves the best of both worlds. All the required functions @ pocket friendly plans.

Wish I had known about it before.

Although not intutive to use the assistance provided by the Help team makes this rescource invaluable for automation of simple and complex, time consuming tasks.

I'm very happy with their cost-effectiveness and you know that's important with keeping their original customers. Also give you the best bang for your buck the UI improvs more as well I hope that the web hooks section is arranged in a visually appealing manner with distinct folders so that nothing is left strewn about aimlessly. I'm a ride-or-die kind of guy; I'll hang in there with them, and inevitably, I know that they'll be better than Zapier as they get their native apps up. pase 5001+

I've been using Make for free to generate AI images and products. So far everything has been great. Simple user interface, lots of integrations that have been working well for me. With 1000 operations a month and multi-step scenarios offered for free, plus paid tiers starting at $9/mo instead of $27/mo, Make is a great alternative to Zapier.

It's a really good platform! Some modules have some quirks, such as the Microsoft Office modules, but in general, the platforms works really well. I guess the only downside to the platform is the price. The prices are just absurd and could be easily cut in half and Make would probably still make a killing. It would also probably help in attracting new people to the platform since it's really intuitive to use.

I'm only deducting 1 star from my review for the prices but it's something to keep in mind.

Everything just works, it is easy to understand what every module does, there are tons of applications to work with, and it is so simple to get how it works.

There are no overwhelming data, the UI is so clean, simple, and it was the right amount of info.
