DREADFUL APP & SUPPORT USE ZAPIER
I currently use Zapier and Make.com popped up in an ad and thought I would give it a try. BAD IDEA!!!
Terrible experience and the support is even worse, they never responded, it is now 4 days later and I still haven't heard from them.
Zapier is MUCH better and I will be sticking with it.
Don`t really leave many reviews but when apps are as bad as make.com I feel I should save other people the hassle and wasting their time by leaving an honest review.

I am using Make.com to let woocommerceâŠ
I am using Make.com to let woocommerce and Xero communicate because the woocommerce plugin is not great.
The system takes quite a lot of learning and getting used to as it does work in a very custom way. That said I have been able to find ways of making everything work even though its a complex scenario (series of scenarios)
I'm using an order created trigger in Woocommerce to get the order data, then via a webservice check / add customer to Xero, then build the invoice and finally mark it as paid in Xero.
I won't say it's been easy but now that I have it working I have added good event handling so that the scenarios don't fail and get closed.
In my opinion this is a very powerful and well priced tool. There is no way I was paying Zappier or other system prices.

For me it is a complementary tool to Zapier as I can manage scenario's that can't be done in Zapier. Really like how to handle errors.

We tried this out as we wanted to move away from Zapier's crazy prices. Things looked promising at first but quickly realized the software just doesn't work... The platform isn't user-friendly at all, and the automation simply doesn't work... I've been trying to have automation run every 15 min for the past 2 days. It ran a few times and then without any explanation stopped running. Support is also very slow...
Bugs and non-existent customer service
Functions don't work as declared by Make.com and the customer support hasn't helped whatsoever. It has been a month and I have tried to reach out for an update several times to no avail. They are not competent enough, as the issue I had is pretty straightforward to trace, and they haven't solved it or even bothered to provide an update. My advice - don't rely on something that barely works and has blatant flaws that the company seems to know of and give 0f to fix.
SPAM - Most Scenarios Are FAKE!
They listed fake scenarios on their website's main page to make you sign up, and when you do, you don't find what they promised you. It's just an illegal method to gain data from people signing up on their website.
$10 for this nonsense isn't worth it!
I had more than a few issues with Make/Integromat or the intended future brand name.
Initially everything was falling over and it was constant back and forth with ineffective support. In the past few months the platform has stabilised. But far from perfect which would have got it 2-3 stars.
The one star is directed at the finance dept that saw fit to disconnect my account. Stopping all my scenarios dead on the 12th May. A Saturday and their excuse - non payment of funds on the 6th, multiple payment attempts that failed leading to cutting me off on the 12th.
Absolute BS!!
1 - No repayment attempts were made. If they were my account which was funded throughout would have covered the request.
2 - no email request stating that I had not paid was ever sent between 6th - 12th. I was not made aware because if I had I would have paid the bill.
3 - Cut off from service with on a Saturday morning. Thank God I was at my desk. So I retried payment and on first attempt it settled.
That fact that Make or whoever they intend to call themselves in the future to share off bad reviews would cut off a clients account with no warning and bold face lie infuriates me. they didnt even apologise I guess because they think they don't need to. Small businesses are treated like crap. Their actions undermine the very community for of startups and garage based businesses that use these services to expand and grow.
If they can do that it tells me they dont give a crap about the little guy.

I don't like it how their full of holes system is not allowing you to add your own app integration the way it is. They require you to make changes to your API structure. And whenever there is any problem they will give you a plain response that you've done something wrong. This is not how such service should work. Devs should not change the whole API structure for this service to work the way THEY want. Managed to make your integration work somehow? Sending it for a review? Be ready to receive a full list of changes before they do. The service might be user friendly but it's completely unfriendly to devs.
