Good quality product but the custom measurements didn’t come exactly to my specifications which was slightly annoying but not too bad.

I also had a bit of trouble getting a refund for my initial non-custom purchase but after emailing this was quickly sorted out.

Having said all that I would buy from here again and I would recommend to others.

Gorgeous door mat made from recycled bottles I think. We needed a mat which was thin enough for the inside of the front door to sit on top of carpet. Hoovers up beautifully and it’s washable too. Fast dispatch. I am delighted and would definitely recommend this company.

I received the wrong sized mats. I called the customer service team who arranged to resend the correct sized mat. I am still waiting! It took me a long time to get through to anyone which was back in January. I haven't hear anything since I spoke to customer service in January. I have given up.

Large doormat which is a lovely fit for my porch. Good quality and delivery was spot on.

I needed a mat that was thin enough to fit under my door (double glazing was the stupidest idea ever!) but more importantly could be cut to the shape of my small hall to cover an area where I'm obliged to keep dirty wellies. These were leaving dirt on the tiled floor, now it's being left on the mat... which doesn't show the dirt nearly so much (for lazy folk like me!) and is washable anyway. Problem solved!

This was a made-to-measure order for a coir mat. Unusual to find that today. It was promptly completed and is now enhancing my entrance.

I love my mat so much. It turned out great, thanks to the efforts of the team at Make An Entrance, particularly Brooke. They gave loads of helpful feedback on my original design until we got to a design that would work for printing. The process included a test print to check how the design would turn out and more re-design after that. They were so patient and helpful as we worked to make the design work for the format. I’d definitely recommend and use again if I wanted another absolutely unique and brilliant door mat.
