Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction and for the negative impression you have received.

We would like to clarify that promotional gifts are available in limited quantities and only while supplies last. It is possible that at the time of placing the order the gift was shown as available, but by the time of processing it may have been out of stock, which is why it was not included.

We understand that this may cause disappointment and we assure you that this is not an intentional practice. Promotions are managed automatically by the system, and gift availability changes dynamically.

We also apologize if communication with our team caused you additional inconvenience – this does not reflect our service standards and will be taken into account for improvement.

Your feedback is very important to us and will be used to improve our processes.

We would like to clarify that orders can only be placed through the website corresponding to the country where the customer is located. Unfortunately, it is not possible to complete purchases from websites of other countries, as our system does not allow this. One of the main reasons is that each country operates with local phone numbers and country-specific order systems.

Please also note that product availability may differ from country to country. A product that is available in one market may be temporarily unavailable in another. The same applies to prices and promotions, which are set independently for each country and may vary at any given time.

We apologize for any confusion caused during the communication and understand your disappointment. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve clarity in our future responses.

Regarding the product’s expiration date — we always aim to ship items with the longest shelf life available in stock. If you received a product expiring in 3 months despite your request, this may have been an oversight, and we would like to look into it and offer a solution.

As for the delivery delay, we understand how frustrating this can be. While most deliveries in Athens are completed within 1–2 working days, external courier delays may occur — especially during peak periods — and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated.

Σας ευχαριστούμε για το σχόλιό σας και λυπούμαστε για την αναστάτωση με τις οδηγίες χρήσης στα βουλγαρικά.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι, λόγω του ότι διαθέτουμε πάνω από 170.000 προϊόντα στο site μας, είναι δύσκολο να έχουμε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες και οδηγίες χρήσης διαθέσιμες σε περισσότερες από 30 γλώσσες ταυτόχρονα. Καταβάλλουμε συνεχή προσπάθεια για την επεξεργασία και μετάφραση των πληροφοριών, αλλά πρόκειται για διαδικασία που απαιτεί χρόνο.

We also adhere to them and respect the terms that are stated there and you have agreede with these terms. A request for reimbursement has been submitted to the accounting department. The product has arrived in our warehouse today and your money will be refunded. We are sorry that you have had problems with your health, we wish you a speedy recovery and hope the issue will be resolved after your refund, which is not only up to us but also other circumstances as you understand.
