the person on the phone is very rude...specifically a girl with a foreign accent...I placed an order for around €70 and called to ask about a face powder and to make a second order and she spoke to me ironically...I explain to her that the powder what I'm looking for... 10 minutes ago it was on your site and now it can't be seen even if I ask the reason and if it's finished....she asked me the same thing 50 times to tell her the product code....and I explain to her that it's not is there even a way to tell you the password??? I regretted ordering from this site and tried to cancel my order but they told me that it has already left and is coming....also i told to her about her abrupt manners

Your reply are only words. I call you 10 days ago and you did nothing. I say that I want my money back, and you say I can not have my money back. Now after 3 weeks I still don't have my package.
You are dubious and there is no excuse and nothing to
discuss.

Fast delivery, arrived faster than excepted and I’m really happy with the products I’ve received, really thank you a lot for the perfumes 🙂

Ordered 2 yankee candles and the one came broken. No traces of glass were to be found anywhere in the package. Someone in the company had probably decided it's "ethical" to send a destroyed and dangerous item -because of the broken glass jar- to the customer. Such a shame..

Edit: the order number is №1721914347-0766. I've already sent a message with pictures, as I was asked. No reply yet though.

I ordered a few days ago on a Saturday night for the first time at makeup.gr. I had my doubts about the delivery time of 3-4 working days, but I gave it a shot, especially since the delivery is free from 19€ above! Madness!
Today, Wednesday morning (actual 2 working days passed), I got it without any troubles and the cooperating parcel service also praised the highly positive experience with this company.
I can rate makeup.gr as absolutely trustworthy. I will definitely order again, the prices, offers and the gifts are unbeatable!

I ordered some dupes which so far I freaking love. The shipping was just a typical shipping with no problems at all. I really like this site as it gives a variety of famous either dupes either real ones.

Παρρήγγειλα προϊόντα για δώρο γενεθλίων, οι χρόνοι παράδοσης ήταν 3-4 εργάσιμες, 8 ημέρες μετά δεν είχαν έρθει, πήγα στα γενέθλια με άδεια χέρια, έχασα άπειρο χρόνο να προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με την ελτα courier (που δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τα τηλέφωνα), ζήτησα από την makeup να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία και να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα, συμφώνησαν να το κάνουν και την 9η εργάσιμη μέρα ήρθε το πακέτο. Τους είπα ότι δεν το θέλω πια και μου είπαν ότι τα έξοδα επιστροφής επιβαρύνουν εμένα. Μακριά, μακριά, μακριά!

These guys use ELTA, and thats the only way to deliver to me, so there is an 85% chance my order wont make it, and i will have to spend 10+ days trying to figure out where it is.

Just wanted to give this a lil boost for what a simple, no-fuss option it is particularly for lower-cost brands, the kind that you typically find in supermarkets, pharmacies or basic beauty stores, but where you can't always find that specific product you love locally (like your favourite scent of say Nivea shower gel).

Shipping is super easy to figure out, because you can only shop from the site specific to your location, so no trying to work out which zone your country is in or anything like that.

This makes it a good business for customers who haven't much experience shopping online and are a bit wary. Sadly you can only choose the language of the country you are in. It would be neat if they added English to all of these for anyone who isn't local to the country they live in, but honestly it doesn't matter a whole lot re: searching for the products because most of the names are the original.

In the greek version shipping also comes with a super low free shipping threshold so far! This, too, makes it great for skittish shoppers, as well as for those cheapie brands that would otherwise take a massive order of to reach a more typical free shipping minimum.

Overall it's not really a lifestyle site as it is a no-nonsense supplier. In that vein, it almost always includes a picture of the ingredients list, sometimes retyped separately which could help with accessibility, and a note of where the item is designed and manufacture, which is a lot!

It's also possible to browse by country of manufacture, which is a great way to discover some things you might otherwise not see on the site very easily (and of course not come across locally in your own country).

Thus is a Polish company that does not know how to deal with Greek language bugs on their website. Total waste of time.

In the beginning, I had my hesitations, but now, after 5-6 orders, I must say that this company is GREAT! Trust, authentication, speed, variety, and PRICES, everything is better than I thought. My congrats guys!!!

The parcel was delivered promptly.
Communication and customer service were direct and efficient.
I was expecting some complementary samples to my order, as it was quite expensive, but mostly because most other similar retailers usually do add some extra free stuff, which of course is not necessary, but is always a nice surprise.
Overall, very good.
