We went on Umrah in March 2026 as a family of 10, and from the very beginning, Brother Ali from Makkah Gateway organised everything for us. He arranged our flights, hotels and all of our transportation throughout the trip, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Our flights were very good, travelling via Turkey, with a short and convenient stopover on the outbound journey. When we arrived, our transport was already waiting for us and we were taken comfortably to our hotel in Makkah.

The transport service throughout the trip was excellent. We had a brand-new, comfortable minibus, and everything was well organised. After checking into our hotel, we performed umrah then following day enjoyed an amazing Makkah Ziyaraat, visiting all the important places with plenty of stops along the way.

Our journey from Makkah to Madinah was also very comfortable. Once again, everything went smoothly, and our hotel in Madinah was very nice. We had no issues checking in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Madinah Ziyaraat was also excellent and very well organised.

For our return journey, we were picked up on time and taken to Madinah Airport, where we flew back home without any problems.

We would like to sincerely thank Brother Ali for the excellent service and for taking care of everything throughout our Umrah journey. We were so happy with the experience that we have already booked another trip with him.

We would highly recommend Makkah Gateway to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and well-organised Umrah experience.

We had a very good experience booking our Umrah hotels through this company. Both hotels in Mecca and Medina were five star, and we had a splendid stay.

We were a group of seven traveling from Norway, and everything was organized smoothly even though the company is based in the UK. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we had questions.

I also want to mention something important for future customers. The final hotel confirmation codes were received the day before arrival. This initially made me uncertain, as I did not have the confirmation number earlier and briefly worried that it might not be legitimate. However, we received the vouchers weeks in advance, and the late confirmation appears to be standard procedure due to how the hotels manage bookings. Everything was fully valid and there were no issues at check in. I am writing this to reassure others that this process is normal and should not be seen as a red flag.

This is my third time organizing Umrah and booking hotels through this company, and each time has been a positive experience. On behalf of our entire group, I can confidently say we are very happy and would recommend him as a trusted and reliable company .

Amazing arrangement everything was so comfortable and on accurate timing including pick up and drop off all the vouchers and travel necessary information was given before hand and once we reach to jeddah the taxi was already waiting for us polite people throughout the journey I would say its the best way to perform the umrah through them and farhaj shafi was amazing alhamdillah very happy and recommended to everyone

Representative brother Ali, had collared a customised package to my own liking in a short period of time, being at a reasonable cost.
Ali had been supportive and listened to my requests and never pressurised me taking the package, like some other agents do, instead he had provided some good advice as well.
During Umrah I had been contact by Ali, checking if all ok and upon return to UK, if I had any concerns. Logistics provided in Saudi with private vehicle was good.

The hotels in Mecca and Medina is very close to the mosque and metro station and the transportation is very easy to get and convenient. My experience with this company is outstanding highly recommended every hotel was close to the metro station the mall and other locations. The hotels in Saudi are near the mosque and good service and transportation facilities as they was not late to anything.

Excellent service. Brother Farhaj is very helpful throughout the booking for Umra package. Always answer my call and messages. Also been offered if I have any problem during my Umra, I can call him from there. He knows all rules and regulations about Saudi government towards the hajj and Umra and he can arrange any type of package, depends on your budget. Highly recommend his company Makkah Gateway.
