I am a shop owner. My guys needed a good pickup since last year was so slow. The plan for the ad has worked really well. We get at least 2 leads a day now. At the begining it was back to back leads. We have been able to book over 20 appointments in a month for all large scale pieces. We have gotten 123 leads in the last 30 days. The process is pretty simple and the guys are always available for questions and changes. I've been able to distribute the clients pretty fairly between all 5 of my artists so everyone is benefiting for sure. I have even referred outside my shop for art that is a specific style my guys dont do.

Great team, they handle my marketing, and their system works perfectly. Exactly what I’ve been looking for! They are thorough and understand how to translate everything into leads and clients booking. I went from a few personal bookings, to being booked out a month in a short time!

Can’t quite praise these guys enough, it’s been a life changing experience, not only the quality of the clients delivered but the professionalism across the board, I’ve never experienced such a high level of support and return on investment. Best decision I ever made when it came to expanding my business.

I have been working with Malfas for about 2 months. I was already busy but the people at my shop was not. I decided to give them a shot and they returned my investment within one month of working with them. Only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.

I’m honestly frustrated with how this service turned out. I went into it hoping for real support, but in my experience, the value just wasn’t there. The main thing I saw from them was the setup of an ad campaign, while I ended up doing all the actual work — responding to leads, booking, and tattooing. It felt like I was paying for something I was basically doing myself.

Another major issue for me was the level of access they needed to my social media accounts. I place a high priority on client privacy, and the way the system worked made me extremely uncomfortable. That was ultimately a dealbreaker and the reason I chose to stop working with them.

When I ended the service, the follow-up communication felt excessive and added to my frustration. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed rather than supported.

If you’re a tattoo artist considering this service, I strongly recommend thinking twice. In my personal experience, managing my own ads has been far more effective and much more aligned with how I want to run my business. I’ve gotten better leads in just a few days than I did during the whole month with them.

For me, this service was absolutely not worth the time, money, or headache.

If you’re on the fence about hiring them—don’t be. This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I've been in business for 20 years. It used to be that I'd be fine doing the same things year in and year out, but this business environment is different than anything I've ever seen. To keep growing I needed to shift gears and try something new. Malfas Marketing made it easy to place, and manage very effective ads on social media, and business is booming with much less effort from me. Now I can just get busy doing production, and not worry about where to find customers.
