We’ve used Cabbik two years in a row now and will be using next time too. Booking is very easy, they keep in touch through WhatsApp which was great when our flight got cancelled. I was able to quickly adjust my transfer and they were really helpful about it. The drivers are always on time and professional. Our first driver was nice enough to play children’s music to amuse our kids which was really kind of him.

Driver went above and beyond finding our remote address!

Third time we've used Cabbik and continue to regard them as our first choice for transfers due to great service including easy booking, with no upfront payment as option, updates by text, clean, modern vehicles and friendly, safe drivers. Reception calls to check safe airport arrival and baggage claimed if needed.

Great cabs in Mallorca from airport to hotel and back; can’t fault either driver. Perfectly on time, extremely helpful and considerate, safe drivers. Highly recommend Cabbik. Also very good communication between Cabbik and me.

Von der ersten Anfrage ( Schriftliche Kommunikation auf deutsch) bis zum letzten von drei gebuchten Transfers, lief alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Neben der Freundlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit, empfanden wir die Detailbenachrichtigungen am Vortag des jeweiligen Transfers als sehr "beruhigend".

Excellent service from Cabbik in Majorca – professional, punctual, and very friendly. Great communication, easy booking, and no issues changing our pickup after a flight change. Perfect for families – they even provided a rear-facing car seat for our 3-month-old. Highly recommended!

Alles super toll. Vertrauenswürdig und außerordentlich freundlich. Die Buchungsseite ist übersichtlich und gut gemacht. Man erhält einen fixen Preis und kann auch gleich online zahlen. Man erhält eine Bestätigungsmail mit einer Erklärung und ausführlichen Beschreibung des Ablaufes. Eine absolut rude Sache. Wir hatten eine Stunde Verspätung durch den Flug aber alles ohne Probleme. Die Dame am Cabbik Schalter hat uns total lieb erklärt das der Fahrer gleich bereit ist. Der Fahrer war lieb und aufmerksam. Sogar kaltes Wasser hatte er bereit. Er fuhr sehr sicher und vorausschauend. Einfach alles super angenehm. Wir buchen unseren Transfer jetzt immer mit cabbik.

Outstanding from start to finish. Ready to collect us in new, clean and quality coach. To top them off, we left a ruck sack on the coach and following me contacting them they arranged for it to be delivered to our hotel later that afternoon with all the contents still in the bag. My experience with Cabbikk this July was amazing!!!
My transfer to my hotel and pick up back to the airport was absolutely pleasant and both drivers were extremely polite.
I love the text and WhatsApp reminders and the detailed information provided to help you find their desk at the Palma De Mallorca Airport. The fact that they provide an extra waiting time in the event that your flight is slightly delayed is a bonus too. I would recommend this service and I shall be booking with them again. Well done! 🤩

Hat alles geklappt wie besprochen, sogar mit Hoteländerung. Kindersitz war schon im Auto installiert. Super nette Fahrer! Klimatisierte Mercedes V-Klasse, man kann es wirklich nicht mehr besser machen. Jederzeit wieder!

We used Cabbik for transfer from the Palma Airport to Palmanova and back in June 2025 and got two quite different experiences:
Airport -> Palmanova ⭐⭐⭐/ 5
- We had to wait for the driver for ~30 minutes after our arrival.
- The driver drove very fast and was obviously rushing, although we asked for a calm driving style as we were travelling with a kid.

Palmanova -> Airport ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
- The drive with Marina was great. She arrived early to the pick up location and waited for us.
- The drive itself was calm and pleasant. Thank you!

The cars (Mercedes-Benz vans) were in good condition and as expected in both cases.

In general, I'd say, it's quite overpriced for what they offer.

The best service og the sweetest people.
Very honest, when i got out of the car in the airport, I forgot my iphone in the taxi. I went back to to company and they rang the driver and I got my phone back within 20 minutes.

That's was our second time in Mallorca.
First time we took a transfer with Sun Transfer and it was awful (late arriving, bad customer service,just an hotline...).
So this time we decided to take Cabbik and it was a dream.
The explanation was perfectly clear (meeting point, arriving time). You can call them through Whatsapp and they are always available for any questions.
There is no doubt that our next tranfer in Mallorca will be Cabbik

Wonderful experience with using Cabbik as our transfer in Majorca - child seats and water provided as requested, easy to find in Arrivals and were taken straight to the car. 1 hour transfer to Sa Coma was seamless and very comfortable. We would definitely use Cabbik again!
