Echt een prima bedrijf, als je een privé taxi wilt naar je hotel en/of van het hotel naar het vliegveld. De taxi was 2x op tijd en we kregen netjes een sms dat de chauffeur klaar stond. Van vliegveld naar hotel in een comfortabele auto met airco. Terug in een zeer ruime, nieuwe Mercedes bus met airco. Volgende keer weer!

Reliable. Picked us up at the airport on time and providedchild seat that we needed. On return journey arrived early and we got to airport in plenty of time. Definitely book with Cabbik again

Reliable taxi service. We were 5 people and used Cabbik 3 times on our trip to Mallorca. We booked trips to and from the airport online and paid online. We booked the third trip by sending an email to Cabbik and got an answer immediately. The drivers at Cabbik are friendly and drive nicely.

Punctual, polite and efficient. Travelled to and from resort in clean modern vehicle. Excellent service

Perfect service, good price, friendly drivers and clean cars. Arrival at the airport is also nicely arranged. We will for sure book with them again when we go to Mallorca

Wir haben einen Transfer von Palma Flughafen zum Kreuzfahrt-Terminal Anlegestelle der Aida Cosma gebucht . Benachrichtigung nach der Buchung war in Ordnung mit Wegbeschreibung im Flughafen zum Counter . Wir wurden auch freundlich von der Mitarbeiterin am Desk empfangen und gefragt nach dem Schiffsnamen . Wir nannten den Namen "Aida Cosma " . Es wurden auch von der Mitarbeiterin bestätigt . Wir gingen davon aus , dass ein Fahrdienst vor Ort , bei dem riesigen , wöchentlich ankommenden Schiff , die Anlegestelle kennt . Es ist ja nicht zu übersehen .
Die Fahrerin brachte uns zu ihren Transporter , leider sprach sie kaum
English . Unsere Fahrerin wollte uns wohl etwas Palma's Yachthafen "zeigen ". Wir hielten dort an und fragt uns nach dem Schiff ..... Wir wiederholten "Aida Cosma " und auch "Cruise Terminal " , worauf sie noch jemanden fragte . Das Schiff war von Yachthafen auch zu sehen . Darauf hin brachte sie uns zum Hafengebäude und setzte uns dort aus , vorher ließ sie uns per Autotelefon durch die Zentrale der Firma mitteilen , dass das Ziel erreicht wurde und sie zum nächsten Auftrag musste . Sie war nicht einmal bereit die kurze Fahrt über die Zufahrtstraße zum Schiff zu bewältigen . Wir mussten uns selbständig einen Taxi besorgen . Der Taxifahrer hat nur noch grinsend und kopfschüttelnd uns zum Schiff gebracht . Und wir mussten nur den Schiffsnamen sagen und er fuhr ohne zögernd direkt dorthin. Fahrzeit , etwa drei Minuten .....

Können wir nur empfehlen und werden wir bestimmt wieder buchen.

Safe driver, and a nice person

Website was simple to use, updates were simple and reassuring. Nice clean air conditioned taxi showed up exactly when it was supposed to, driver was friendly and asked what music we'd like to listen to. A really good experience for an airport transfer I'd only booked the night before.

I made the reservation online and it was straight forward. I got notification about every step of the process (e.g. confirmation, reminder in the evening of the day before our departure, that the driver is on his way and that he arrived and is waiting for us). The driver came on time and was very polite and courteous. I can definitely recommend Cabbik.

Very straightforward to use and good price. Could accommodate a last-minute booking. Communicative in texts and WhatsApps in advance so I knew what to do at airport. Friendly staff at airport terminal and very pleasant driver. Will use again.

Very good service and very flexible with the change of my pickup

The taxis were on time, very clean & well maintained, they quickly responded to my request to change the pick up time and the drivers were friendly and polite.

Great service and communication. Driver Isabel was kind and friendly. Flight was delayed and she was waiting for us with a smile at 1am. Lovely air conditioned taxi with plenty of space for all our luggage and booster as requested. Smooth return journey to airport too, avoiding traffic jams by changing route. Might be other cheaper options but as a family we would highly recommend.

Sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden. Bei unserem nächsten Mallorca Aufenthalt buchen wir unseren Transfer wieder mit Cabbik.
