Malluci sent me the wrong size shoes. Despite saying on their website that they would send a return shipping label, I recieved the following response when I made contact with cutomer services: 'Return shipping would be at your own cost, and any customs or tax fees on the return are also your responsibility'. When I sent the required evidence to make a return and asked for a return shipping label in accordance with their policy, I heard nothing back, so now I have a pair of shoes that I can't wear and I am out of pocket by £32.99.

Disappointing experience. The blazer I received did not look as structured or substantial as it appeared in the website photos. When I tried to return it, I was told I had to send it to a warehouse in China at my own expense, including customs/VAT charges. This was not disclosed before purchase.

The return policy and communication around the actual return arrangements were not transparent, which made what should have been a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult. Their return policy states that returns are hassle free and they will provide a return shipping label. That is simply not the case.

I ultimately accepted a 50% refund simply to avoid the cost and hassle of returning the item internationally. I would recommend being very careful and checking the return arrangements before ordering.
