Ordered and electric ice machine. What I received was an ice box that has no power and can only freeze if in a freezer. When I complained i was offered full refund if I paid postage, customs (back to China by the way) which would have wiped out my refund or a laughable 10% refund.
Do not use.

An Exceptional Surgeon and an Outstanding Team – From Start to Finish

I cannot recommend Dr Patrick Mallucci and his wonderful team highly enough.

From my very first consultation to the surgery itself and throughout my recovery, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

Dr Mallucci is not only an incredibly talented and skilled surgeon, but also a true professional who genuinely cares about his patients. His attention to detail, honesty, and reassuring manner made me feel completely confident and comfortable with my decision.

What truly sets him and his team apart is the level of care provided at every stage. The preparation before surgery was thorough, the care on the day was outstanding, and the aftercare was just as impressive. I never once felt rushed or overlooked. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and I always felt that my comfort, safety, and well-being were their priority.

I am absolutely delighted with my results, but beyond the results themselves, it is the entire experience that has left such a lasting impression.

Following my uplift and implant surgery with Malluci after 10 months I developed a recurring infection in my right breast, which subsequently began leaking through the lower breast scar. This problem persisted for months, with the breast repeatedly filling with fluid and the wound continuing to leak.

Throughout this extremely distressing period, I had no personal contact with Mr Mallucci despite contacting him to keep updating him with the situation.

The clinic charged me £400 for an 15 minute scan where the radiologist didn’t even say there was an issue.

All communication was through his team. I felt that I was left to deal with a significant post-operative complication without the direct involvement, reassurance or clear guidance I would reasonably have expected from the surgeon who performed my operation. This has been met with shock from other surgeons I have spoken to about my experience.

Ultimately, the situation resulted in the removal of both breast implants and capsules through the NHS where I received excellent care and treatment. I did email Mr Malluci to tell him I was planning removal and he didn’t even bother to offer any support or advice - again through his team they to contact him 3 months after the NHS removal.

Considering the procedure with Malluci was close to £30k I am really upset at this lack of care of the surgeon

Dr Souphi is a wonderful addition to the Malluchi Team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled. She is also very warm and approachable and I felt at ease asking her about various treatment options which she answered in a very clear and straightforward way. I highly recommend her.

I had surgery with mr mallucci around 14 years ago. Breast uplift and augmentation. At the time I did not know that he had used the allergan naturelle recalled implants until years later. I have suffered lots of issues with my breasts. I now have 3 lumps and had 2 lots of what the nhs suspected was mastitis with x rays of fluid around my implant. A swollen angry breast. Mastitis is something you get with pregnancy I was not pregnant. I had pains under my armpit and found 3 lumps.

I later paid £6200 to have the implants replaced. This is when I found out they had been recalled. I contacted mr mallucci in which he said he had no obligation to update me about this. He has no duty of care to his patients.

I feel very let down by him and upset regarding this whole situation. I have been left to deal with this by myself and as a result now have to attend regular breast cancer screenings.

I had my implants removed November 2025 which is when I knew they were recalled and dangerous.

The whole experience was made so easy by Patrick Mallucci and his wonderful team. I was recommended to him by my friend and he didn’t disappoint. My result exceeded my expectations.

Pre surgery they were helpful and informative. The surgery itself was excellent. Am so pleased with my results and all was very straightforward.
And then the post surgery care has been faultless. My recovery has been very easy, and am sure that is because the team really know what they are doing. No horror stories like you hear of when people go abroad.
Special recognition had to go to Abbie, Nurse Katie (who kept in touch post surgery and answered all my questions and concerns) and of course the wonderful Dr Mallucci himself! Cannot fault them
