Mamasandpapas レビュー

Went to mamas and papas in Blanchardstown today and was greeted by Lucy. Absolutely lovely girl so polite and helpful. She showed us around the shop giving great information and recommendations

Today I visited your Blanchardstown store and was assisted by Anna, she was amazing, so patient with me, has a great wealth of knowledge, it's so rare these days to get customer service like that, I'm a happy satisfied customer thanks to Anna.

Went to mamas and papas Blanchardstown today and Anna there was so helpful! I had no clue what pram or car seat I wanted and Anna was amazing, showed me everything I needed to know, thanks so much Anna! Amazing staff member

On arriving at the mamas and papas trafford Centre store, Jake greeted my partner and myself with my parents and was very welcoming.
We were taken into a separate part of the store with plenty of space to move around and be shown the fox five pram that we were interested in purchasing.
We were shown the carry cot that was a part of this pram and all its new features compared to the fox three. We were shown fully how to attach and detach the different appliances including the car seat options available.
There was never any pushing towards buying this product it was fantastic service, I even have to say that Jake made even more effort to get the parts of the pram to show us that he thought would not be possible.
In less than an hour and half, Jake had sold us this pram and we could not have asked for more advice.
I do hope Jake gets seen for this review. It was Jake at the mamas and papas in the Trafford Centre.
With thanks.

We went to Mamas n Papas for the first time today as my daughter is pregnant and we were assisted by Rhi with advice on prams. Now I am a mum of 2 but it’s 20 yrs since I bought a pram and boy how things have changed. Rhi was so helpful and knowledgeable she really knew her products and really gave us essential advice to help us make a decision without pressure. A pleasure to shop there. Thank you Rhi.
