Amazing immersive experience. We went not sure what to expect however expectations were met tenfold. As a person with over 10 intolerances ( some of which are difficult to cater for) I was so pleasantly amazed with how easy they made it for me. We had a wonderful server called Mo who could not do enough for us. He checked in with me to ensure they had all the right details on my dietary needs and broke down each meal and what I could have or what they could amend it to so I could have something for each course. He went as far as to deliver the food himself to ensure it was correct for me. As someone who has stopped dining out due to the resistance I have received at previous places this was an incredible experience for me. The actors were amazing. The set beautiful and the vibes were 10/10. Many thanks to Mo for making my Hen party the most amazing night!

Amazing day out. The show was fantastic, the food was fantastic the staff were all very friendly and attentive. One of our family is ceoliac and that was a concern however they could not have been any better, she got all her own food and didn’t get excluded from any food type because she is ceoliac.
Overall could not recommend enough.

What a show. Amazing atmosphere, great music and even though I was a bit hesitant about the food, it was lovely. Fantastic to see Everyone including the service staff involved in the show and that they included the guests. We had a great table and the staff all worked really hard. A massive shout out to our server, Rosie. She was very attentive and looked after us all afternoon. Vocals were on point and music great. Loved the whole experience.

We went to the Matinee yesterday afternoon.
We upgraded our seats & were seated with 6 other lovely ladies.
Imo we had the best seats in the house!

The cast were brilliant!
If you haven’t booked, I highly recommend this show, you won’t be disappointed.

We went to the show on Thursday evening and we were not disappointed!
The whole cast were brilliant but for me and my hubby a BIG shout out must go to Debbie (Sam Bailey). She was absolutely outstanding! Good acting, great, strong and powerful voice. I believe it was her first night 👏.
It was very different to have the performers in and around the tables (mostly in the stalls).
There was a drink on arrival. I love a Prosecco and Elderflower but unfortunately they put ice in it and far too much so that it tasted quite insipid.
I cannot fault the meal. Greek salad and dips/bread/crackers for starters followed by a slice of beef and a lamb stifado, both very tender. Potatoes with skins on and roasted veg and a jus completed the meal. Very tasty indeed! There was also a selection of puds. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive too.
The atmosphere was electric and buzzing and everyone seemed to be soaking up the excitement and fun. It really did feel that we were in a large Greek restaurant!
A very enjoyable show. 10/10.

Booked 6 tier A tickets and got nothing special in terms of location in the arena. The show is very short on actual ABBA hits. they are very clearly working the royalty game to minimise cost. half tunes, medleys, rearrangements etc. The plot is just mediocre nonsense. Without the minimal ABBA content this would just be a silly hen night. Food was ok. I went to an amdram performance in my local town the other day where the performance was honest, funny and absorbing. I donated a grand to the venue so such performances could continue. I should have donated 2 grand and given this mamma mia nonsense a miss.

Great night but customer service is SHOCKING.
You can’t leave with any alcohol you have paid for and not drunk which we tried to cancel as no longer needed.
Manager comes over took my e mail address you will hear from us in 3 days. 1 complaint e mail, 1 phone-call, 1 general e mail - Nothing,,,

Wow! The performance, the set, the staff everything was beyond our expectations! The food was outstanding. Me and mum and ceoliacs and they gave us our own bread and food. I wish we could have taken what was left over away! Fantastic day and it’s so much being able to eat an enjoyable meal being gluten free

We loved every minute. Surely a Valentine’s Day we will always remember. A big thank you goes out to Mitchell….service with a smile and who always ensured that we were well attended. Will surely go again !

We had the most amazing night at the Mama Mia party .( Feb 6th). We attended as it was a special Birthday and what a fabulous way to spend it .The show was superb , the food delicious . The staff were so friendly and obliging . Special shout out to our waiter Roshaan who was so friendly , polite and helpful . The 2 guys singing at the top of the stairs setting the mood …
and the cloakroom staff after the event checking we had a great night and the guy giving us loads of tips on where to go in London to enjoy the rest of our London Experience. !! The entire night was magical and we would recommend this show to anyone that loves Abba music and wants a fun night out . We thought it was very well organised as a lot of people attending and a lot going on . Big thumbs up for the passion fruit martini cocktails 👍. We feel this event doesn’t get the praise it deserves 👍… A fabulous night !!!

Our evening was planned as a hen party for 17 people, costing around £3,500 as a group, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this venue for large party bookings.
It felt as though the bride was singled out and treated unfairly simply because it was obvious we were on a hen party. Yes, we had had a couple of drinks and some food beforehand — which is entirely normal for a hen party — but this was not a rowdy group. The bride is nearly 60, and the group was well-behaved and in control at all times.
Initially, we were told the bride was not allowed in at all. Then we were told we could enter but would not be allowed alcoholic drinks. After that, the rest of the party were served drinks, only for staff to then refuse further drinks to anyone. This inconsistent and confusing treatment was upsetting and embarrassing, especially given the occasion.
After more than an hour, we were suddenly told we could now order drinks from the bar — by which point the damage had already been done and the atmosphere ruined.
For a booking of this size and cost, we expected professionalism and clear communication. Sadly, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend this venue for hen parties or large group celebrations.

We booked Mamma Mia Party for a hen do, a fairly large group .. overall seeing on social media the show look amazing but unfortunately not to my experience .. The Bride To Be wasn’t allowed in because ‘she had too many drinks’ - she didn’t .. that ruined for us the event .. shocking .. an event that was suppose to be fun and everyone was really looking forward to ended up in a low mood .. the management was very abrupt and very unhelpful .. the only person I can praise is Anthony (the waiter) who looked after us and was being very nice .. we left the show after an hour, never again, not for the price we paid for ..

Food excellent, storyline peculiar singers mediocre although acrobat very good.
This show is nothing like mumma Mia.

restricted view, but you get what you pay for, execellent show, singing and dancing, great food and drinks,loving the interaction by the staff and singers, special mention to Kenan who make the experience all the more special.

Really enjoyed show, great experience.. but not happy where we were seated.
We paid middle price tickets but we're put right at the back in the corner.. where the waiting staff put all the dirty glasses.
There were 2 tiers in front of us, lower down and feel we should have been seated there. .. not happy did complain but told not height of tier but what we could see. Nonsense!! Everyone could see well in Taverna.
Great show though .

Where do I start? Had 6 tier B seats. The brief says “ some moments of the show may require guests to turn around to see the action”. Two of our party had a fantastic view of the fire escape where there was no action. And no amount of turning in your seat allowed any view, Only two members of our party could actually see what was going on(table 32). Our first drinks took 40 minutes and three requests before they finally arrived. They bought the wrong wine which we had opened, pored and tasted as it was dark before realising. They did exchange it for the correct wine, taking away all the pored glasses and informed us that it would not be wasted as they would sell it by the glass to others - serious health issue there. The music was ok, no idea what the show was about though as couldn’t see! Staff were rude and unfriendly, but probably over worked. We waited to purchase merchandise for 10 to 15 minutes and were told rudely by a couple of members of staff that the server would be back shortly. Eventually another member of staff came and realised he was bent over double in his chair having a nap! They kindly woke him up for us 😂. Food was ok but not worth the extortionate cost. Don’t waste your money on this show.

Awful seats restricted view when paid top Tier A prices, management and customers service a disgrace.

As a 64 year old guy who's a massive ABBA fan I always wanted to go see Mamma Mia the party but had reservations about it being a 'girlie event' if you know what I mean. Anyway I actually made it for yesterdays matinee, Sunday 24th Aug and wondered what I was worried about! My wife and I and everyone were made to feel so welcome, and, WHAT A SHOW! There was so much going on we didn't know where to look next throughout the whole performance. The cast and staff were brilliant. As we're from a catering background, the amount of sheer hard work that goes into getting the food right and out on time was very much appreciated. The view can be a bit restricted but that doesn't take away from the atmosphere which was electric. Yes, it seems expensive, but when you take into account the colossal amount of work that goes into the whole production, we thought it was worth every penny. Would recommend everyone tries it even if only for the party atmosphere. Truly a real feel good event. 10 out of 10, and congratulations to everyone involved.
