I attended this show as part of a hen do and I feel really let down by it. The room was beautiful but the show was just ok. The food was terrible. I felt really sorry for a table close by us as they were getting a really hard time from the staff. They hadn’t done anything wrong at all. The manager Aoife was so rude and intimidating to them I’m surprised they bothered staying. I feel the whole thing was so overpriced. I definitely won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Absolutely shambles!!!! unable to get through on phone, no one answering emails/social media. No complaints procedure on the website. Have a voucher that i was given, otherwise i would not go.

I 100% would not recommend this show. It was overpriced!!! My friends and I went all in and dressed up and was so looking forward to an amazing night out. We was disappointed and humiliated when we arrived. Aoife the management was beyond unprofessional and tried to goad and intimate us. She told us we were intoxicated and wanted our table on slow service. We definitely was not intoxicated. We are 6 grown women who was there to see the show, have a few drinks and enjoy the show. Within 20minutes of being there this was quickly ruined and taken from us. Please please do not waste your money, the story line is different, food is terrible, welcome drink was disgusting and worst of all the staff are a disappointment.

Having received a £1000 voucher for Christmas I was so excited for this with friends. Booking with voucher is very trying as has to be done by phone and took me a week of phoning with no answer and 2 emails to get through. I finally booked 4 top tickets which left me £70 change. I asked if I could use on drinks but told no, but I could use for other performances with the same ticket company, this was untrue. So unless I go again and top up my voucher I have lost £70 after spending £930 for 4 people I think this is shameful to keep my change. The site does now state no change but my tickets were bought last year by a family member who wasn’t made aware of this, an easy earner for the company after people have saved so much is awful :(
The restaurant was much smaller than I expected, however dressed beautifully. I didn’t see many people eat the food so speaks for its self.
The storyline was nothing like expected, primarily about the chef burning food.
All in all for the cost and lack of original storyline I really wouldn’t recommend it, unless you have money to waste.

Soooooo much fun! Great experience, Would highly recommend! The room is themed like you are on a greek island, its lovely and warm and when the waiters/waitresses start to dance and get involved the atmosphere is fantastic! Food was also very good.

I purchased Tier B tickets which cost over £300 for the pair. We could not see the show at all because our view was completely obstructed. Because the show is not the same storyline as the film, we could not follow it at all. I have attempted to contact Mamma Mia the Party customer care numerous times, but they do not even bother to acknowledge my emails and the phone is constantly engaged. £319.00 to not have any view at all, is a complete waste of money, not to mention the extra costs associated with a night out. Seats are allocated on arrival, so you have no control over where you are seated. The show may or may not have been good, I wouldn’t know as I did not see it! Food was whipped away by the waiters before we’d even finished.
I absolutely would not recommend this show as it is just like a game of roulette and once they have got your money, that’s it, no customer care whatsoever! Really disappointed.

I was very disappointed that we had to pay £8 for the flowers for your hair should have been in the bag provided for how much the cost is??
Also we never got a coffee or tea was not offered one and waiter was trying to collect plates before we had finished eating!!
We were rushed out when it was over and never got to meet the cast so on the whole that was the disappointment for me!!
The show was very good would have liked it to have been longer!!

This event was part of our company trip to London - with 30 employees. It was a once in a lifetime experience for all and feeling part of a very big party - with all the nice ABBA hits. Very good performance, nice greek food (only 3 of 5 stars), serving of drinks were a bit to slow (only 3 of 5 stars). They really made a good party for all of us, quite close to the movie.

I have booked a couple of tickets with Mamma Mia the party but found the book process very confusing and ended up only booking one ticket and then I couldn't book any more as they had no more tickets available for the teir I booked on that day so I requested a refund so I could book tickets on another day so I could get the extra ticket I needed, I was told I could fill in a form for a refund so I did but it asked my for my new reference number so I just put in the reference number I had as I didn't understand why it wanted a new one which I didn't have. I sent the refund form in it was rejected I was told because you have to buy a new ticket before they will refund you. I looked to this and found that they will only exchange a like for like so I booked tier A and wanted to exchange it for tier A for two tickets on the Sunday afternoon which actually was cheaper than the evening, they would not allow me to exchange it unless I paid even more money and upgraded the premium even though Sunday afternoon tier A tickets are cheaper than Saturday evening tickets and I had already paid the more expensive price of the evening tickets.

I have spoken to ticket plan they have told me I have to talk to mamma Mia the party, I have spoken to mamma Mia the party and they told me I have to talk to ticket plan so I have just been sent around in circles and paid extra for a cheaper ticket.

Not happy at all with this company I feel like I have been ripped off and I want to be refunded the extra I have paid.
