Ordered the shower gel gift set after seeing an advert on instagramme. I always look on trust pilot before ordering from sites i havent heard of. All the reviews were positive ones, so i placed my order and im so glad i did. The speed of delivery was quick, 3 days. They smell amazing and i know my husband is going to love them. I will definitely be ordering again.

I had a great experience with my recent ManCave order. I picked up their 2-in-1 Shampoo thinking it was a shampoo-and-conditioner combo, but it turns out the “2-in-1” actually refers to hair and scalp care. ManCave must have noticed the mix-up, because they included a free conditioner in my delivery, if that was intentional, that’s some premium, engineered customer service right there!

I’m really thankful for my order and continue to use ManCave as my go-to brand. I’ve built up quite a collection already, from their SPF20 face cream to their face wash, and I always love when they open their vaults so I can bulk order. I’ve stocked up with multiples of everything I like, and I’m consistently impressed.

I bought this as a gift, so I've no idea what it's like. It took a long time to arrive. I know it's busy, it's nearly Christmas, but I ordered it in the middle of November if not before that!

I was upset with the experience of delivery. I had ordered two gift sets which were left outside by Royal Mail in the pouring rain for over twelve hours as not home, in their suggested safe place which I didn’t authorise. The gifts are now ruined as water damaged packaging looks horrendous. I contacted the company as Royal Mail advised, however 24 hrs and still no response. I can’t comment on anything else but I’m hoping they communicate soon as I’m left with 2 expensive unsightly gifts for Xmas

Update: company replied and quickly sent out a replacement product, in time for Christmas gifting. Thank you very much for your great customer service, which turned it around from an intial bad experience which I appreciate once down to the delivery service. Hopefully now the gifts will be received and enjoyed.
