Do not book this company. I booked my meet and greet parking 2 days before we were due to fly, paid £50, had confirmation and instructions.when I rang whilst on the motorway, 30 minutes before our due airport arrival, I was told my booking had been cancelled ( it took 10 minutes of continually trying the number before any response). As a result, we had no option but to take taxis as we were unable by then to find any alternative parking. My son then had a 60 mile return trip with his partner to retrieve our car. Absolute cowboys!!!!!!!! Our 40 th wedding anniversary plans were also ruined as a result.

If I could give this company zero stars then I would!
I booked and paid for my meet and greet back in June and didn't receive a booking confirmation so e-mailed them a week before I was due to fly and they e-mailed me my confirmation- sounds perfectly ok so far...
So on the morning of my flight I phoned the emergency 24 hour mobile number 30 mins before my meet time as stated on my paperwork but the number was either busy or just rang- I must have tried 20+ times aswell as texting and e-mailing. In a panic I had to book another company- Peter Ashley Park and Ride who were amazing and about a 10 minute drive from the airport hotel I was staying at.
As of yet I have not received a response from this scamming company- and lost £50 in the process as I paid on a debit card- do not use this company they nearly ruined my holiday!
