Best first aid course I have been on by far credit to Emma for the way it was presented 10/10

Karen was a great first aid trainer. She delivered well and made it an enjoyable but informative session. Karen didn’t put pressure on you to perform like previous trainers have done, making you want to try everything practical out! It was great to refresh my knowledge and I only hope that when I have to renew in three years time I have Karen then too. I would highly recommend Karen to teach you first aid! Thank you again

Jo made our first aid course very enjoyable today everyone was fully engaged and I feel I learnt so much throughout the day . Being pregnant myself jo made me feel so comfortable and made it safe to join in with most things . Overall I would 100 percent be coming back to train with Jo next time .

Andrea was amazing so clear straight to the point on everything and made it a fun day.Hats off to her probably the best experience I have had on a training day.

We always use Manchester First Aid Training to provide first aid training sessions for our coaches and club members. Always get great feedback from everyone about how interesting and fun the courses are. Jo-Anne is great at making everyone feel comfortable and confident in learning the skills. We also appreciate her flexibility in being able to adapt the course to include our specific concerns. They are approachable and supportive with advice even after the course, which is much appreciated

Karen was not only knowledgeable, but supportive, friendly and made the day really enjoyable. Between the online learning and the practice in person, I feel in a much better position for administering first aid. Thankyou!

Great training as always with Jo-Anne , very welcoming , there were 2 young girls on our table who had never done first aid training before i told them you won’t find a better trainer than Jo they were quite nervous at the start but soon settled into the day , they also said they enjoyed the training ,
Jo-anne is excellent at her job her knowledge is outstanding , very friendly and approachable , thanks for the updates on the changes from my last training 3 years ago .
