Joanne (the trainer) was incredible. She was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. There wasn't a question you couldn't ask or something you didn't feel you could clarify. I really enjoyed the content and the delivery - the use of videos and photos and personal stories made it personable and kept it interesting. It was great to be able to practice everything from making a sling, to CPR and helping someone who is choking. I learned a lot and enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend the course.

One of the most useful first aid courses. The instructors were very helpful and informative. They kept the session interactive and accessible. Moreover, we had the opportunity to practice the skills ourselves.

Training was fun and helpful. The Instructor teached us a lot. Hours of session flew very quick because everyone was exited and no one had time to get bored

Excellent course. Lots of chance to practice the skills taught- Andy presented the information in a very accessible way and made everything very straightforward.

I have trained with Manchester First Aid Training a few times now and each time has been great. Our group was mainly made up of Childminders and their staff and we all did the blended learning paediatric first aid course which took place at my home which is so convenient for everyone completing the course. Jo was very friendly and put everyone at ease. You can really tell that Jo is very knowledgeable and experienced and that she loves her job. She's very professional and we all loved how interactive it was. We will definitely be continuing to do future first aid courses with Manchester First Aid Training. Thank you Jo!

Our experience today was amazing, Jo always goes above and beyond with her training we enjoyed the stories she told us and the videos are very informative even the online course keeps you entertained with all the information and videos to watch, also the practical side is really helpful for a hands on experience.

We had a wonderful time with Karen. She explained everything clearly and in a simplified manner fully demonstrating and giving us opportunities of trying it out. She was correct our mistakes in love, showing respect to everyone. Had a chat with her after the training as I will so much wish to be trainer like her one day. As a former i would love to endeavor in this filled and be a trainer as well. Hoping with further study with the organization, I will get there. A lovely day of training indeed.
