Had read some great reviews and reached out for a quote. The turnaround from quote to fitting was brilliant. Was kept up to date even when they had to make a couple of date changes.

The price for the windows and new sandstone sills was reasonable.

The guys who came to fit were great. Arrived at the time they advised , courteous and spent time cleaning up after they had completed the fitting.

Windows and new sills look great - would definitely recommend.

Pleased to report a great experience from Manchester Window factory. We did have a hiccup with a measuring error which needed a new window ordering but it was resolved swiftly within a couple of weeks and the install was soon completed. The fitting teams are great - just make sure you have plenty of coffee and milk to keep them going, but we were impressed with their courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail and they left the house neat and tidy afterwards. No significant decoration issues to resolve despite what they have to do to get the windows in and out.
The sales team kept us up to date throughout the process and from our initial visit we felt well looked after.
Would certainly recommend Manchester Window factory to anyone wondering who to choose for their replacement windows.

A very sturdy well made product, and first rate service in my opinion. The fitters, Carl and Joe, did a great job. If we need more windows we'll go to this company first!

I had five heritage sash windows fitted, four to a bay, and one single, plus two mid range sash at the back of the house. From start to finish MWF was a first class company to do business with.

Manchester Window Factory have done another high quality job for us, this time, replacing our conservatory roof and lantern window. From sales to installation they have were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They also repaired the leaking roof over the winter to ensure the leak stopped whilst we waited for better weather to have the full replacement.

The guys who completed the job were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, tidy and efficient . They worked hard during the rain to finish tidying the garden and conservatory which really made a difference.
