Very easy to work with and helpful. Much more reasonable quote than other firms.
Efficient install and we really like the door.

Our experience with Manchester Windows Factory was very positive, from our visit to the shop, through to a home consultation and installation. More expensive compared to some companies, but an obvious difference in quality and design. Throughout the process all staff were very helpful, patient and informative and work was carried out within a decent time frame politely, cleanly and professionally.
A problem was noticed with a window the day after installation but this was soon rectified quickly and easily. We would readily use this company again.

From start to finish the experience with MWF was great. This is the second time we have used them to replace windows and were happy with the service they provided. They were quick to respond to emails and questions. There was a quick turn around from placing the order to the windows being fitted. The window fitters worked quickly on the day and were very tidy. There was a fault in one of the panes of glass which was identified and resolved. We would recommend MWF and would happily use them again in the future.

Got quotes from 3 locals companies. Though they were slightly more expensive than the other companies, Manchester Window Factory provided the best overall experience at this stage. They were quick to respond to emails and provide a detailed quote, and very helpful when I attended the shop but not overbearing.

I had a single glass door installed replacing a pair of french doors, and a broken pane of glass replaced on an encapsulated stained glass window. Very happy with the products and work done. Staff were friendly and tidy. Work completed on schedule. Would use again.

Professionally managed and installed, we could not be more delighted with our MWF's Bi-fold doors and the transformation they have made.

We obtained 3 quotes. The MWF price seemed very fair. The salesman was experienced and knowledgeable. He was very willing to answer all of our questions, but did not pester us while we took our time to make a decision. The work started on time. A large team of people was assigned to the installation work. They seemed to know what they were doing, were polite and conscientious and tidied up carefully after each day. We are very pleased with the product (wood effect uPVC in golden oak colour) which is just right for our traditional house. They are making good any minor glitches that occurred along the way.

The team at Manchester Window Factory are brilliant. We had 11 windows and have since ordered 2 more. The service was excellent from start to finish! Their pricing was competitive, the installation was high quality, everything well organised and overall the windows are great quality.

2 day job,conservatory windows,roof and doors.End of day 1,half a roof,no windows, workmen gone,no tarpaulin to secure the conservatory it was left open to the elements,it rained that night,conservatory floor wet and then muddied next day with workers shoes.Day 2,roof and windows installed, doors too big,we now have Sterling board where the doors should be, doors won't be ready for a week.something obviously dropped on the floorastheres now a hole in one of the floor tiles.Absolutr disgrace,shambles from start to (not) finish.

I recommend Manchester Window Factory. We have used them twice now. From the quote visit, survey and installation we were kept informed of progress. The installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and tidily, cleared up and left everything tidy when completed.

18 months ago, after looking at different companies, we chose MWF to replace our french doors. We were so delighted with the quality and appearance of the doors that we decided to replace all the windows in our house. If you are considering MWF then do not hesitate. There’s no hard selling, just sound advice on fitting and style and a fair price. The service provided is personal - you don’t feel you are dealing with an arms-length company. The fitters are polite, friendly, helpful and clearly take pride in both their workmanship and leaving things tidy after work has been completed. Our home has been transformed with the new UPVC windows which look amazing.

Having previously used MWF in our old house, we got the guys round to replace some windows in our new property. There is no messing about with sky high quotes that suddenly get slashed when you refuse them, just honest prices from the start. The quality of the windows and fitting is excellent, and they have already made a difference to the warmth and sound levels in our house.

Everyone we dealt with was really helpful throughout - we had several visits to the showroom and each time everyone was happy to discuss our requirements and explain the options. The fitters were excellent and we are really pleased with the final result. We would definitely use MWF again.

Extremely efficient installation and very clean and tidy. We wanted to retain the Edwardian appearance of the front of our house and these superb windows have done just that.

I've used MWF before and like before, the double glazing windows are excellent quality, and the sales and fitting service is professional and reliable.

Did what they said they would do, good communication, happy to sort out any issues after installation and hold final balance until all completed, all work certified.
