Customer service case 279942. Despite a confirmation from customer service that the returned sandals have been approved by the quality control team that they were defective, I’ve received an email today that the refund is placed on hold because the “FREE” keychain was not returned (by mistake) until I ship it back. I am very disappointed with this brand after the inconvenience I’ve been through of returning my “birthday sandals” and going through the longest return process ever, they are claiming a stupid free keychain. Unacceptable. Very upsetting!

I am Manebi customer for a couple of years. The style, quality, materials of shoes are amazing, love it. Highly recommend! The customer support is helpful and responds fast. Definitely one of my favorite shoe brand for summer.

Amazing products and customer service
I have been a Manebi customer for a few years now and placed multiple orders. The quality of both clothes and espadrilles are first class and have always arrived within only a few days.
My most recent order resulted in a partial return, that was handled amazingly by the customer service team! I had questions about the return process, got a very professional and quick reply, the refund was also registered very quickly.
All in all extremely happy with both the quality of the products and the customer service.

Not worth all additional costs
As I’ve seen on previous reviews really not worth it as. UK buyer, wish I had read the reviews about this company, shipping extortionate at £15, sandals not eligible for first time purchase 15%, then stung with £56 duty to UPS, shoes were £143, definitely not worth all extra cost, customer service do not care and just say it is in T&C
Very good customer service
I love Manebi shoes. I bought many pairs along the years. Always very good customer service, both before and after sales. True to size.

Is this a SCAM???
This is the worst most unprofessional company. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and not one pair fit, so I had to return them. I received the return "approval" and sent them back. I am not sure why I didn't know that the shoes came directly from Italy. Manebi received my return within a few days. This was January 24th. Here it is February 10 and I am still trying to get my refund. The "customer service" phone number is inactive and is a cell phone. They don't respond to their emails. When you try to chat you are kept waiting for 30 minutes and then it cuts off. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and they still haven't given my refund which is $366.00 I will never buy from this company again.
