Tariffs

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. You will pay duty rax 50% and if you refuse it they will charge you an additional 30%. So what is innacurate from what I said? Everything is just what I went through.

Such charges are established exclusively by the destination country’s customs authorities and depend on local regulations and governmental import agreements. These amounts are not retained by our company in any capacity.
We are committed to maintaining full transparency prior to purchase and therefore kindly encourage all customers to carefully review the shipping and customs information available before placing an order.
With regard to refused deliveries, when a shipment is rejected due to customs charges that were clearly disclosed in advance, substantial additional costs are incurred for shipping, return handling and customs procedures. For this reason, our policy provides for a 30% deduction in such cases, which only partially offsets the expenses sustained by the company.

Hice un pedido de unas alpargatas, hasta ahora había comprado calzado dos veces más sin problemas con las tallas, y me llegaron muy grandes, así que pedí etiquetas para hacer la devolución y que me envíen otras mas pequeñas y dos semanas mas tarde no he recibido ni las etiquetas, ni unas alpargatas mas pequeñas ni mi dinero. Beware if you are a US consumer...
The shoes are not very comfortable but main reason I rated this so poorly is I feel the company has an obligation to inform you BEFORE the sale that a 30% tariff has to be additionally paid upon delivery! If you decline, they deduct this 30% from the refund! I will never buy another product from this company. Be transparent before sale!

This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered and am currently awaiting delivery. I have worn the first pair regularly and am delighted with their quality and hard-wearing manufacture. I had an issue when ordering the new pair over the application of the discount offered to UK customers but this was quickly resolved by CS. I look forward to their delivery.

When I ordered the item, it was available with delivery within 5 to 7 days. After a couple of days, I received an email informing me that I will receive my order as soon as it will be available. Still waiting to receive my order.

I wish I could return these shoes
I wish I could return these shoes. Total waste of money I have cuts from the laces so badly it was like wearing razor wire around my foot and ankle.
The shoes look amazing but the pain wearing them and the damage it does to your feet takes weeks to heal.
Even if you tie the laces loosely it still cuts your skin badly. Wish I could get a refund for the awful purchase. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
