Didn't receive the items, the shop has not issued a refund or resent the items and has been screwing me around for the last month. Don't order from this site. Terrible service, money completely wasted.

These boxes are beautiful! Make sure you look at certain boxes because they may have multiple options like Luffy, but all the options look good

Communication is kinda difficult. The website says they have live chat but it does not. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it was pointless i paid for it on the 14th and it was delivered on the 9th (almost a month later). My package said the address was incorrect but (it wasn’t) i tried contacting the carrier the email said UPS but when i called they said they don’t have my tracking. I even tried FedEx and usps and still nothing nobody could tell me they had my package.. randomly l got the package thank goodness! Thank you!

The light boxes we received are fantastic but I removed one star because it took over a month to arrive which was anxiety inducing. Great product tho!!!

Ordered product and received a light box not put together correctly. Emailed them just wanting a replacement. They told me absolutely. Never received replacement. Emailed them again and was told don’t worry they would just refund me some money. That’s fine…ha never received that either. Then emailed them to get this response…

I completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, especially after you clearly expressed your preference for a replacement and then a refund. I truly regret that I cannot fulfill either request.
