Regarding the not delivering of the items you purchased, has this been solved by Mannco.store Site Support yet?

As you might know, we are a third-party site and rely on uptime of Steam, however, items are always delivered right into your Mannco.store Inventory instantly(!); where you can choose to re-sell, or withdraw them to your Steam Inventory.

That said, we trust that all has been solved well for you and wishing you better experiences using our services in the future.

Thank you for taking your time to make a review regarding your experience using our services. Unfortunately it's not a nice experience and we hope that you'll give us another chance in the future.

Regarding verifications of purchases, Mannco.store is obliged to check high-risk transactions as it's a direct risk to our business.
Mannco.store is taking care of all the risks sellers usually have in peer-to-peer transactions, however, that means we are making sure our platform is safe, which means that we have to do additional checks on high-risk payments.

Therefore, on a minority of transactions, we have to do additional verification, which means manual reviewing the transactions and potentially asking for additional documents. Usually, verification takes up to 48 hours, however, most are done within 24 hours and actually much, much less time.

As we've seen a steep increase in user transactions and customers, using our services, we sometimes have to adapt to this workload. Unfortunately this meant a longer verification time than usual in your case, however, know that this is not the standart and that we are always doing our best to work through our workload as fast as we can.

The good news is, that after verification, all purchases will be instant without holds.

Therefore we trust that your next experience using our services will be all good and smooth.

We've looked into your recent experience with our services and came up with the following conclusion.

On 3 July 2025, you've made a purchase and got charged 26,32$.
With that amount you've purchased a total of 14 Mann. Co Supply Crate Keys at a price of 1.88$ each Key.
26,32$ / 1.88$ = 14 keys total.

Therefore we have to make the conclusion that the review you've posted, unfortunately is; incorrect. You've paid for 14 keys, were charged for 14 keys and received a total of 14 keys.

Good prices: True, thanks to Mannconians and our mission to have the best prices by having the lowest fees for sellers, resulting in the cheapest items for buyers.

Fake sales: Every single sale is tracked and shown on the item pages of the respective items, fake sales don't exist on Mannco.store.

Deals filter: Thank you for your feedback regarding them not corresponding correctly. We'll look into this and are actually working on a broader site update where we'll include your feedback.

We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience using our services.

Regarding the reviews of transaction, there can be several reasons why your transaction was put up for review.

Most of the transactions are going through automatically, however, for example; if there's a high risk of potential fraud, we will have to check the transactions, because we'll put our service at risk if we don't.

The sellers on Mannco.store are fully protected by us, however, we are obliged to make sure the transactions are not fraudulent.

Hope this helps you in understanding why some transactions are being put on review, which needs manual verification and could take some time to be accepted, although it's only a very little, tiny percentage of all transactions.

That said, we have full trust that after the review process is behind, all future transactions will be smooth,
