Thank you for making a review on your experience with our services, even though it's not a nice review.

After analysing your transactions and conversation with our support team, we have to make the following conclusion:

- Your transactions were put at high risk due to concerning reasons that will put our Marketplace at risk;
- After that, you failed to provide matching documents of the legitimacy of your payments / being the rightful owner to make those purchases.

Mannco.store is actively working to protect against fraudulent activities, therefore we have to check for additional information on high-risk involving payments.

Unfortunately in your case, this meant that you are unable to use our services as we have tagged your payments as fraudulent and you were unable to provide the right evidence.

Unfortunately we have not received any additional information from you, after our request, so we can't look into your personal experience with using our services specifically.

If you still experience issues and were not banned by our team for being high-risk, following up with you not being able to provide the right and matching documentation, please contact our Support Team directly on Mannco.store.

However, if you have been banned and you're unable to provide the right evidence, there's nothing we can do.

We have to protect Mannco.store against certain activities, as it directly affects the existence of the services we provide to our customers. We trust you'll understand this.

We regret to inform you that it appears your Steam account has been compromised. Our investigation suggests that a scammer gained access to your account through the Steam API key.

Unfortunately, it seems the items involved have not made it to our bot's inventory. The scammer redirected these items to a fraudulent account, which complicates our ability to retrieve them promptly.

We recommend taking immediate action to secure your Steam account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication if you haven't already done so. Additionally, refrain from engaging with any suspicious or unverified links or requests related to your Steam account.

We understand the inconvenience this situation may cause and sincerely apologize for any distress it has caused you.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.

Unfortunately we have not received any useful information from you, after our request, so we can't look into your personal experience using our services specifically.

We do understand it's not nice when you need to wait for your transaction to get verified, which is why we're always prioritising these. We would love to be able to let all transactions through instantly, however, if we would do that, we would not be able to exist in the first place.

We are obliged to check on high-risk transactions, as it can directly affect the existence and safety of the services we provide to our customers. Know that, after verification, you should be able to make transactions instantly.

Thank you for sending us the requested information so we can look into your case more specifically.

After checking your case and evaluating it with our team, it seems like after the first verification another payment after was triggered by our payment provider as high-risk, which, after evaluating; could have been avoided.

Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience and mishandling your case after.

Given this, we've decided to unban your Mannco.store account immediately and hope to see you return using our services again.
