Please do believe other reviews about returns. It's a joke.

I got an email that my return was received on 16th June.
Almost a month later now and I still haven't received my refund.
Emailed them on 6th July (after 14 working days) to check the status of my return and followed up on 10th of July, no response.

Every time you email them you get an automatic response saying that it's a single-mamma run business and to give them a week for reply... I understand that it's small businesses but it IS a business and if you have issues with processing returns and answering emails for over a year then it's probably time to make some changes. It's not fair that customers are out of pocket for months. It's a shame that supporting small businesses means you have to chase every few days to get your refund.

The tops are good but I'll be reluctant to order again because of this situation.

Buy at your own risk once you buy you will never buy another brand!!! Manner is simple the best

If there was a minus star that’s my comment. Once again please avoid this company like covid. I am still awaiting goods or refund after 6 months they have not replied or offered lame excuses for 3 months now. So what does that tell you. When my dress arrived, remarkably quickly after ordering, I was a bit nervous at the size but when I put it on...oh wow. Not only do I love how it looks, but how it feels - the fabric holds but doesn't squeeze, I am supported and even in the UK heatwave I didn't swelter. Those factors factors alone would have made me happy, but it also came in biodegradable packaging, which is super impressive for a small business. Will definitely order again - great quality and great service. Thank you!

Very disappoint with the length of time it is taking to get a refund. I have waited 14 working days since my items were processed, heard nothing so emailed. A week later and still no response. I appreciate they are a small business but this is far too long especially when the amount of money involved is not insignificant. Unfortunately I returned my whole order as the armpits were cut too high for me and the top I actually wanted was not available in the correct size. If you like the clothes they seem to be good quality but if you need a refund it is a very long wait. I ordered 14 May, it’s nearly a month later and I still don’t have my money back or any acknowledgment of the items I returned.

I bought the Otta Maxi dress on a whim and sweet heavens. I have a small top half and a deceptively large arse and this dress is just perfect. And I have cleavage for the first time ever. What a treat. Holds you tight around the boobs and flows and swishes beautifully. The quality of the fabric is wonderful, bette than any highstreet stuff I've found and it is just SO comfortable. Feels really nice to wear something so well made and that fits me so well. Thank you Manners!

The clothes are to die for, so well made and good quality! Customer service is fantastic and delivery is really quick. Would highly recommend any and all of the gear ❤️

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.
Items arrived quickly but were see-through at the chest despite being the correct size. I therefore arranged a return.
Return is showing as recieved on 22nd May through Royal Mail but no acknowledgement and stills shows on their system as 'awaiting return'.
Looks like I'll be in the same boat as others trying to chase when they don't respond to emails....

Love their clothes, so comfy and supportive. Haven’t had a bad order yet and worth treating myself to good clothes to wear every day

My parcels arrived quickly. Really pleased with my crop top, Vest & dress. No need for a bra, I’m super comfy and supported, and extremely stylish!

Unbelievable quality, the fabric is perfection, holds, supports and drapes beautifully. Clothes that are cool, comfy and hug in all the right places. I practically live in Manners. Never change!

Amazing company. Great customer service and fast delivery. I have several manners pieces now and even won an item in the giveaway that happens with each new drop! The clothes are exceptional! They wash Amazing dont lose any colour or stretch and I will definitely be making more purchases in the future x

The reality is the clothes are amazing and delivery is fast. Having stalked them for a while online and been skeptical about the prices I eventually took the plunge and haven't looked back. Everything I now own (which is a fair few items now) makes me feel like an absolute Goddess. Knowing the ethics behind them and stepping away from the fast fashion world also feels amazing. The clothes also wash and wear well and I can tell already items I have will be staples for years to come. They also now have a great loyalty scheme where you can earn points and get money off for your birthday etc. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the return process. Returns aren't free which I actually have no problem with, however I have had to chase numerous returns to get my money back, often taking in excess of 1 month from the item being received back at thier warehouse. Again I don't have any issue with returns taking longer than most big companies given the nature of the business, but having to consistently chase for money back is disappointing. Also I never even received a response to an email I sent raising concerns about this. Admittedly I've always got my money back eventually, thus far, and I am sure they would never keep anyone's money once an item was returned and chased up BUT expect it may take a month and chasing them to get your money back. If you can I would say buy on a credit card to buy you some time for refunds to be processed and make sure you chase them once the 14 days have past. But if you can tolerate that then don't hesitate to purchase, because the clothes will make you feel AMAZING and in a world of capitalism, patriarchy and profit before people they are getting it almost right! And hey, no ones perfect!

I ordered some items, which arrived within about two days. They were expensive but of great quality.

I wanted to return an item and emailed, but received no response. I then checked Trustpilot for reviews and became worried I wouldn't get a refund.

About a week later, someone responded to my email (as their policy states it takes a period of time for a small business to respond to emails). The person who contacted me was very helpful and polite. I returned one of the three items I had ordered and received my refund within a week of them receiving the item.

I can't wait to wear my jumpsuit, it looks fantastic!

The hype is real! I can not tell you how good it feels to have this exceed my expectations. I'd seen a few people I follow online loving this brand, so I've been browsing for a while. So, so glad I finally purchased. Feel so hot when I wear it!
