Emma and Elizabeth are absolutely good at what they do. We'd previously been told by 4 different mortgage advisors that we wouldn't be able to get any offers because my wife was a bank staff and was on maternity leave. Friends who had recently been helped by MAB adviced us to get in touch and within one week of Emma submitting our application we had our mortgage offer in our hands. We recently just got out mortgage through and I have to say both Steve and Shoaib were very helpful, they talked us through every process with so much detail and was always available when we need to consult them.we couldn’t be happier with there services, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Myself and my daughter recently applied for a Buy to Let mortgage through Manning Stainton.
Steve McConville was our Mortgage Advisor and found us various mortgage products for consideration.
Steve advised us which of these products would be best for our circumstances which had quite a lot of challenges. Steve was very professional and friendly throughout the process and we felt he gave us a great deal of guidance in making our final decision.
Once we had chosen our mortgage product Mohammed Shoaib (Steve’s Right Hand Man) supported and advised us throughout the process. He was attentive, polite and professional and replied to all of our e-mails in a timely manner.
Steve McConville gave us further advice regarding Life Insurance, Income Protection and House Insurance and made the whole process very easy for us.

As a 1st time buyer I was a bit worried about securing a mortgage. MAB made it so easy, and with Nathaniel and Lucy both sorting it out for me, as well as keeping me informed and up to date on everything, it was a load off my mind. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I couldn’t recommend Steve McConville more! He recently helped me source a buy-to-let mortgage and was fantastic throughout, ensuring we secured the best rate for my situation. He was extremely informative, making sure we understood everything and had the necessary support at every step. He made the whole process much easier which is credit to his efficiency and knowledge.

His assistant Shoaib was brilliant, providing us with weekly updates and still continues to check in with us even after the mortgage offer was received, he was always quick to responded and extremely organised. My contact with MAB started with Giles Nightingale. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When he went on leave my case was proactively taken over by another excellent advisor Vicky Alexander who is supported by equally helpful Dominic Challinor. A special shout out to Vicky as she was super supportive all through the process. My case was a little difficult but Vicky was able to get me one of the best rates in the market. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.
