Poor Communication
The mortgage advisor was very unresponsive throughout the process. I repeatedly had to chase by email and message multiple times, even for small matters that should have been handled promptly. Communication was inefficient, responses were often delayed, and the overall process took much longer than expected. This lack of timely support caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during what is already a demanding process.

He is consistently efficient and professional in his work, but what really stands out is his ability to explain everything in clear, simple terms. No matter how complex the situation, he takes the time to make sure I fully understand my options, which has given me real confidence in the decisions we’ve made together.
Harry has created a level of trust and comfort that is hard to find, and I genuinely feel supported in planning for the future. I would highly recommend him on both a professional and personal level. He truly deserves high praise for the service he provides, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with him for many years to come.

Brandon and Kitt delivered 5 Stars again ...
I have just completed my 2nd UK mortgage with Brandon and Kitt at SPF Private Clients and on both occasions, they delivered extremely reliably, super prompt and never gave me any doubts that they will be able to deliver. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a BTL UK loan - whether personal or company.
