Amanda, Cassie and the team did such a fantastic job helping us through the process of getting our first mortgage.
Amanda took such time and care running us through everything we needed to know and never made it feel rushed or confusing.
Using their portal system was very straightforward and they were always available on email or by phone when we needed them to be.

I would very much like to say that my experience with my mortgage advisor Nathaniel and Lucy Simpson have been extremely good.
Nathaniel is extremely thorough with excellent character and the best manner that you could expect he dealt with everything that needed to be done very clear and explaining also very professional.
Lucy who I have dealt with more often has been outstanding in every way she has been forthright with asking me how things are going.
She has the loveliest manner and personality and she is very responsive to anything that’s happening and following things up and problem-solving.
I will not be hesitating in the near future if I have to deal with anyone as these two people will be getting 100% my business.

Vanessa Lawton has gone to great lengths to secure me the best possible outcome with my insurance provider, keeping me regularly updated and explaining everything in a simple and clear way throughout the process. Sunjay was fantastic throughout the entire mortgage process. He was always available to offer support, guidance, and expert advice whenever I needed it.

He has successfully arranged three mortgages for me, and each time I’ve been impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always kept me updated every step of the way.

I’ve used other mortgage advisors in the past who initially seemed professional, but their level of service dropped significantly once they had secured their fee. Sunjay is completely different—his commitment to his clients remains outstanding from start to finish.

Sunjay Chauhan and Dominic Challinor were brilliant as usual getting various properties over the line through various twists and turns. They both accommodated my technophobia with f2f contact and coffee. They coped with my crankiness and rising stress levels following bereavement and were never cranky back, quite the opposite, always very professional and efficient. Great team.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service and devoted support they provided throughout the process. I am currently going through a separation, and as a newly single mum, my financial situation was far from straightforward. They — particularly Sophie — worked incredibly hard to support me in securing my mortgage and, consequently, a home for me and my little girl.

There were numerous hurdles to overcome, all of which they helped me navigate with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Communication was excellent throughout; I was kept updated as much as possible, which really helped to ease my anxiety during such a stressful time.

I truly felt that Sophie and Katie cared about me personally, and that nothing was ever too much trouble. They were kind, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions or queries I had. They are absolutely amazing and worth their weight in gold.

The team have been so helpful with our mortgage application, communicating clearly every step of the way and answering all of our questions. I'd highly recommend their service to anyone, the process has been so smooth and easy.

Giles was extremely helpful in his communication, as first time buyers we found it so useful to be given a clear understanding of the buying process, and the differences & minutiae of a mortgage application.

We feel that Giles went above and beyond to be available for phonecalls whenever needed, assisting with additional documents not central to the mortgage offer itself, and being patient and understanding through any questions we may have had/information we may have not understood initially.

We will be recommending MAB and Giles to friends and family in the future for certain!

I can't fault the excellent service from Thomas Hawley and Elizabeth Bell. From start to finish, they walked my husband and I through the application process step by step. It can be quite daunting purchasing a new home, especially your first, but Thomas and Elizabeth were always contactable for advice (even when Thomas was on holiday - sorry Thomas). I would highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for taking us to the finish line. We complete next week!!!
