Excellent service from start to finish.

I’ve had a really positive experience with MAB during my mortgage process. Dominic Challinor and adviser Vicky Alexander were both outstanding throughout - clear, professional, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Communication was excellent, responses were always quick, and everything was handled efficiently, which made the whole process feel fast and well-organised.

They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept me well informed, and were always available when I had questions. What could have been a stressful experience was made straightforward and reassuring.

As a first time buyer, buying on my own, the house buying and mortgage experience seemed very daunting at first. Thomas Hawley, my advisor, explained to me each part of the process, making it much easier and less stressful. He has been extremely helpful, subsequently leading to a mortgage offer. Everything has been processed in a timely manner, and I haven't had to do much at all. Elizabeth Bell, his administrator, was extremely helpful in ensuring everything I sent over for the application was everything I needed for a successful mortgage application.

This is a very friendly company who takes the time to listen to all your queries and worries. They are also very proactive.

Our mortgage broker Thomas Hawley organised our original mortgage on our property 3 years ago, and has now overseen the remortgage when we have come to our first end of term, and once again he has been absolutely fantastic. We have been with Sunjay Chauhan for several years now, and he is the best mortgage advisor we have ever worked with. He is efficient, quick, meticulous, gets us the best deals possible and does all he can to get us a satisfactory result as soon as possible. I would definitely use MAB again if needed. Giles took all the hassle out of finding a mortgage, and I received an offer from my first application. If I had any questions Giles would reply immediately and answered every question I had. Laura was really helpful in the later stages of my application, tying up any lose ends and resolving any issues that I had. Thank you both.
