Excellent customer service! I enjoy my sound machine and the options for sounds and volume. I recommmend the two speaker set for full sound control. My toddler enjoys it too.

Amazing Customer Service and Product
I needed to cancel an order I just placed because I was informed I was already recieving the product I wanted as a gift.
My cancelation request was not seen until my product had already shipped, and in appology they not only refunded the order but told me to keep the second as a spare or to give as a gift!
Not only was this incredibly kind but I’m also loving the sleep mask I got!

One pair of earplugs for $30 plus shipping is ridiculous.
I love Manta products, the earplugs are the exception. They are comfortable. That’s it. Be aware of what you receive. Five sets of earplugs of which only one pair will fit your ear properly. I guess you give the remaining four pairs to your friends. These are priced way too high!

Not completely happy
I had previously written a very good review on this product. I purchased more products because I was mostly happy with their silk sleep mask except that the silk slides around on your head and I would have to adjust it during the night. The new mask (not silk) did not slide around but there were two issues with it. The rougher texture has caused my eyelashes to thin and break on the outer edges of my eyes. About two months after getting it, I starting awaking with tiny white spheres on my face. Each day the number of these increased and the mask is now getting thinner. The mask had only been handwashed in Woolite twice and it was air dried both times so there is no way it could have been a laundering issue. I had to stop using that mask and have gone back to the silk mask. Even though there are problems with both masks now, the Manta masks still have the best fit and function of any mask I have tried and I hope they keep working to improve their products until they get them right. But they are too expensive to only get 2-3 months of use from them before they break down and in the case of the silk, adjusting your mask several times per night is sleep disruptive. I wonder if a silicone strip on the band would help hold it in place. I have a photo of the white spheres on the mask but could not see a way to submit it on trustpilot.

Comfortable
I gave a five star review that the earplugs are comfortable. The other reason for the five star is the Customer Service, I did not have to return them but keep the earplugs as a gift and they did a refund for me. The earplugs may work for you, but I live on a real busy street.

I cannot say enough about this company
I cannot say enough about this company! I have spent most of my life sleeping with a tshirt draped over my face due to a facial deformity that prohibits my eyes from closing all the way. Cheap sleep masks just irritate my eyes and don’t block out all the light. This is a great, well made product that works as advertised. But I’m here to sing the praises of Kristy who de-escalated a delivery issue today. She went absolutely above and beyond in her kindness, promptness, and service. And it means a lot in this day and age to have a human being at the other end instead of some infuriating AI bot. Thank you, Kristy! And thank you Manta for finally creating a comfortable sleep mask that works!

Professional customer service
I was recommended to Manta from a friend who has loved their masks for a long time. I bought the newest version and it was great. I had to return because my ears bones are oddly hypermobile and I couldn't tolerate the pressure when I sleep on my side. They were gracious to give me a refund. I appreciated their understanding and professionalism.

High-Quality Products and Great Support

My Manta White Noise Machine…
My Manta White Noise Machine unexpectedly died after 6 months. CS sent me expanded trouble shooting instructions - and before I even got the chance to try them had already shipped a replacement. Very quick and professional response from the CS team. The advanced troubleshooting didn’t work, so new device was very much appreciated.
