The adjustable hook-and-loop closure on the strap is designed to provide a fully personalized fit, and all of our masks are made with high-quality materials to ensure they last longer than most alternatives on the market. With regular use, factors like frequency, care, and environment can naturally impact how materials wear over time.

Manufacturing defects typically appear within the first six months, which is why our warranty is structured around that timeframe to make sure every customer is supported. After extended daily use, components may simply be experiencing normal wear.

We love hearing that the Manta SOUND Sleep Mask (New Gen) is delivering for you, especially as a side and light sleeper. That’s exactly what it’s built for: zero pressure, total blackout, and comfort that lasts all night.

For clarity, the mask includes a built-in NTC thermistor safety feature, which allows charging only within a 0–45°C temperature range. If the room is too cold or too warm, charging may temporarily pause. It’s a built-in safeguard designed to protect the battery and extend the life of your mask.
