Terrible! Never got the order and it is saying delivered after a month since order was placed. No answer by email...sucks!

Fake Fake Fake,scrivono il codice spedizione che poi non si capisce quale corriere sia....dopo 2 mesi il pacco è conseganto??????A chi? Non ho mai ricevuto nulla,nessuno è passato a consegnare.....40 euro rubati per uno scherzo di Hallowen....Che spendano i soldi in medicine.....LADRI.

Ordered from Mantloom (order CTI45600). The tracking number they sent (NUDE5001711922EX) shows no movement on 17track.net or on their own tracking page. Weeks of follow-up emails got one-line non-answers: 'Chinese customs', then 'arrived in your country' — zero proof of shipment, zero proof the extra blades and batteries they promised were ever sent. After two deadlines they ignored, I reported them to my credit card company as fraud and filed a chargeback. They have gone completely silent since. Do not buy from Mantloom.
They always say goods dispatched. Then delivered but never delivered. Then ship again and say delivered to diff. address..so les after lies..They took my mney but did not ship goods. scammers

I ordered 2 moon rocking chairs for birthday presents, Mantloom delivery company stated they had been delivered. I didn't receive any packages, I have a ring camera to confirm. I reached out to customer service and inform them at the issue requesting a replacement or a refund. They can't provide a confirmation of my delivery,such as a picture of the items delivered. They sent an email back to me asking me to ask my neighbors or anyone in my home if they have my items. I responded requesting a refund because I'm tired of playing the back and forth game. This company is very unprofessional, and I believe that they are scamming people. I will be turning this company in to my bank as fraud. Good luck to anybody else ordering from this company.

It took more than 1 month for delivery and even after waiting for more than one month i never recieved my goods that cost me 160 us dollar

ATTENZIONE!! Vi racconto la mia esperienza, la merce non arriverà mai, il raggiro è ben fatto, anche se pagate con PayPal non sarete garantiti, Hanno un corriere estero nel mio caso FXYL che dará il pacco per consegnato ( ma mai consegnato), PayPal (delusione) va a favore del commerciante. Il commerciante non informa quale corriere italiano a consegnato e PayPal non indaga per saperne di più, il commerciante non fornisce né il nome del corriere italiano che esegue la consegna ne un tracking del corriere italiano. (Pazzesco con questa esperienza acquisti esteri mai più). Leggete anche le altre recensioni prima di acquistare

Item never received and according to Mantloom, when you contact them. They say shipped, next email still in transit, next email check with neighbour. Than emails are repeated as if automatically sent in response to each email. I let it drag on too long and can not get a refund through Pay Pal.

Keep well clear, ordered a star trek garden ornament, received a tiny toy a baby had painted, with an apology this company as sent two more which in still waiting for. Both items recorded as been delivered but nowhere in site. Big scam, keep clear of this company

Ho acquistato un SUP a prezzo interessante, ma nonostante il venditore abbia mandato mail con il tracking la merce non è mai arrivata.
La cosa più sconcertante è che avendo pagato cn paypal ero tranquillo della protezione del mio acquisto, invece dop aver aperto contestazione e reclamo a paypal la pratica è stata chiusa a mio sfavore !!!
Paypal mi ha deluso per la prima volta, ma non so come sia possibile mandare un tracking falso.
sembra tutto "vero" anche paypal cè cascato e non fa niente, buttato quasi 50€.Spam

Scam like other customers ordered a golf bag after 1 month tracking said order delivered never received nothing asking for a full refund they always have a excuse last one was that I have to wait that there manager get out of the hospital, what a joke.

Seems I've been scammed! Same as others ordered golf bag ,tracked all the way to actuall delivery according to them. Nobody delivered anything that day ,ring video was blank all day . Stock answer ,have you checked with neighbours etc. FUMING.

Wanted to put 0 stars. The tracking on my order stated it has reached local post depot, no trace of my item with my tracking number.
Yesterday it stated my item was out for delivery. Today the tracking states that my item has been delivered.
NO... MY ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Thieving bastards!! At least a minus 10 Ordered a drone with various gadgets, followed tracking and then suddenly...Boom! Delivered...no it wasn't, I work from home, no one delivered anything on that delivery day. Tried contacting them via e-mail, no reply a week later. Tracking link doesn't work either. Really disappointed with them. Total scam. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Don't advertise if you have no intentions on delivering. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT!! 😡

Réponse automatisé aux mails sans lecture de se que vous envoyez. Livraison indiqué comme faite mais mon colis n'est jamais arrivé. Donc une fois de plus un site d'arnaque.

Straight up a scam, dont waste your time trying to contact them.

This is just an out and out Scam.
Ordered a Golf Bag, usual Confirmation, etc. Tracking....that took a Month...then said Delivered, when I knew it was not.
The delivery day just happened to be when I was WFH so I was in all day, along with my CCTV system showing nobody tried to deliver anything that day.
Followed by more "delay tactics". Now saying they will send a replacement....which is just yet another "delay tactic" so asked for a Refund.
Not sure I will get that from them....but sent in my Claim to the Credit Card company.
Do Not Use.

I paid$55(£42) for a golf bag. After 3 weeks I wrote asking when it would arrive,I was told not to worry ,give it another2/3days. Still no sign so wrote again. They wrote back saying it had been delivered and signed for. I asked for a copy of signature and also photo of delivery . Nothing .This company needs thorough police investigation and also avoided at all costs. Doesn,t matter what you order you won't get it but you will lose your money. Total scumbags.
