I was undecided to ask for an instruction manual, especially since I have never done this before, but I am pleased to say that the service was great and the instruction manual arrived promptly

Used Manualsguru once to find an instruction manual and they are now continually trying to deduct £130.19 from my bank account. Luckily my bank spotted this and blocked the transaction but they continue to try and take the money.

Paid for the manual. Waited several days for the tiny set-up manual that came with the kit, rather than the full operating manual I expected to arrive. A week later, they tried to scam my credit card for an amount that, thankfully, exceeded the card's balance, so it didn't go through.

Hopeless. Dangerous. Don't go near these people.

Manualsguru ist eine absolute Betrugsseite. Sie bestellen eine Gebrauchsanweisung, bekommen einen Haufen Müll und dazu noch eine Abbuchung über ein angebliches Abo. VORSICHT!!

The process for purchasing the manual was straightforward and it arrived in a timely manner.

It might help in the future to specify the language in which customer want's the manual. Not asking this question can lead to unnecessary delay.

On the support I received to sort out my problem, I'll give you five stars! It was awesome!

Hände weg, das ist eine Abofalle. Man will 95Ct. für eine Bedingungsanleitung und schließt dabei ein Abo über 149,99€ monatlich ab, ohne das zu sagen. Angeblich seht das irgendwo im Kleingedruckten.

I found my dealings with this company totally unacceptable. I wanted to order a manual for my new satnav and was lead through a procedure which resulted in an initial charge which was fair enough. Later a payment of £130 showed up on my credit card statement plus conversion charges even though the company address is in London . Somewhere along the line I had ‘signed up’ to a subscription. When querying this (twice) I was told I had agreed to it. I do not recall doing so. What they had done in my view amounted to trickery. Furthermore, their response to my complaint was unhelpful and curt and they refused any refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

ATTENZIONE! ho appena ricevuto un tentativo di frode bancaria da parte di questo sito! Ho comprato un manuale la settimana scorsa, per 0,95 euro, e stanotte 15 marzo 2026, ho ricevuto la richiesta di pagamento di 149,99 euro, MAI AUTORIZZATA e che non corrisponde a nessun acquisto. Fortunatamente ho potuto bloccare la carta, ma resta il fatto che è una frode bella e buona.

Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My bank contacted me informing me that they declined an unauthorised transaction from this company for £159 and I have never even heard of them, let alone purchased anything from them. SCAM. SCAM SCAM.

Ho ricercato un manuale in italiano e nel giro di un paio di giorni mi è arrivato il manuale richiesto in PDF che ho scaricato

Qualcuno di voi o tramite voi ha tentato di prelevare 149 Euro dalla mia carta.
Non provateci mai piu',che vi denuncio.

If you want to be SCAMMED ManualsGuru is the company. I ordered a manual for 0.95p and a week later was charged £131 for a subscription that I did not sign for, no mention on there web site.
These people are SCAMMERS and what is disappointing is Visa and Mastercard allow them to use there service.

Habe versucht, für 0,95 € eine Bedienungsanleitung herunterzuladen. Bezahlung sollte per Kreditkarte erfolgen. Nach Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten erwartete ich erfolglos die Freischaltung des Downloads. Aufgrund des geringen Betrags belies ich es dabei. Erstaunt war ich, als mir 7 Tage später 149,99 € abgebucht wurde. Ich habe kurzfristig den Betreiber der Seite angeschrieben, meine Kreditkarte gekündigt, Strafanzeige erstattet und den Kreditkartenbetreiber gebeten, den Betrag zurück zu holen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt habe ich erklärt, ein Abo oder ähnliches abzuschließen. Insoweit wurden meine Kreditkartendaten in betrügerischer Absicht missbraucht.

I wanted instructions for an item made in China. It took a while but they found it eventually. We'll done gurumanuels!

WARNING,DONT USE THIS COMPANY Dreadfull dishonist company,they take a subscription without authorisation and when asking for a credit they use their t&c as an excuse not to refund, they are breaking UK/EU ONLINE LAW, WHICH ALLOWS A 14 DAYS COOLING off PERIOD for any online subscription , contact trading standards and YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO WILL PERSUE THE CREDIT.

Buon giorno sono vi sono grato per avermi mandato il manuale che avevo perso.Siete stati bravissime e molto veloci.L'unica cosa fastidiosa è che compaiono delle scritte grandi sovrapposte alle spiegazioni e funzioni della macchina che non permettono di leggere tutto con chiarezza.Comunque molte grazie di tutto se avrò ancora bisogno verrò da voi .
