440 euro woon from 21 juin I made request withdrawal and till now they don't pay is not big money but I don't know what happened with people's woon more than this

De momento le pongo 2 estrellas, porque lo que son los juegos y entretenimiento están bien. Ahora estoy con la verificación de la cuenta, para lo que llevo 1 semana y aún no la tengo verificada, lo que implica que no puedo realizar retiros y tengo 2 bloqueados. Cuando me verifiquen la cuenta y pueda retirar volveré a valorar y positivamente, de momento no la recomiendo.

Ich habe mehrfach versucht per Mail Kontakt mit dem Casino aufzunehmen, um meinen Selbstausschluß zu verkünden. Die Mail(s) wurde(n) nicht zugestellt, in einem Chat wurde mein Anliegen zwar wahrgenommen, bislang aber nicht bearbeitet. Dies spricht weder für einen guten Kundenservice noch für ein ernsthaftes Anliegen der Betreiber, dass Ihnen irgendwie was am "verantwortungsvollem Spiel" liegt und das sie aufrichtig auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Kunden eingehen. Bedauerlich!

Here’s my honest take on Casoola.
They have all the bells and whistles as far as games and bonuses go. There RTP is average and you can actually win some decent money here. The problem is the withdrawal process. It’s shady at best but you will always get your money…eventually. Customer service are real people. Yes they have auto responses but an actual live person who reads your messages. Some are dismissive and some are helpful and understanding of your inquiries, especially Aleccia.
If this site paid out in a consistent timeline I would have rated higher.
Overall..when I’m spending and depositing money into your platform and I win, I would like to get paid out.

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would gladly do it. Casoola is one of the worst betting platforms to ever exist. Complete scammers. Withdrawals never arrive, and they keep lying to users by claiming the money will be credited within 3 days. The customer support is absolutely terrible, useless, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. AVOID this platform at all costs. NOBODY should deposit a single cent there.

The platform looks modern and has many games. Deposits are quick and simple. Withdrawals took a little longer than I expected but it was completed successfully. Overall, decent casino platform.
