I really don’t think they payout.
Waiting since 24feb and customer service keeps saying the same thing, “they escaleted it” “ you will get an e-mail soon” but i don’t think they know anything. This has been super stressfull and I have never had this with a casino before.

I am getting more frustrated by the day and my trust is almost gone. My money is still on there but if I see all these reviews…..
