I’ve been with Manü for over 7 months now and my experience has been WONDERFUL! I switched from another pharmacy where I didn’t feel like I was getting the support or guidance I needed, and I hated that I had to schedule an appointment anytime I had a question. With Manu, you get a number to text one of their healthcare professionals 24/7 and their shipping is extremely quick and ordering process is very user-friendly. They also have the BEST pricing I’ve found for compounded GLP-1. I’ve lost over 113 lbs in a little over a year and a half now on GLP-1 and I’m soooo happy I made the switch to Manü.

Anytime I had a question it was answered as soon as possible. I was a little hesitant to try it out but I absolutely am glad I did. Brittany was amazing and had answers to every question I had.

Everyone at MANÜ telehealth has been super supportive, quickly respond to any of our questions and get us our meds in a timely manner. I don’t usually write reviews but I really had to for manU telehealth. From the start they’ve been so kind and easy to work with. The staff actually responds, checks in, and just makes the whole process feel simple and supportive.

I started my GLP-1 through them and added Mic-Ultra Burn, and since December 2025 I’m down 36lbs. I honestly feel like I finally have something that’s helping me stay consistent and not feel overwhelmed with the process.

I also like knowing my medication comes through a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy, it just gave me peace of mind knowing everything is being handled properly.

Overall it’s been a really good experience. I’m grateful I found manU telehealth and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a team that actually cares. ❤️

Ok so listen. This is going to be a long review but it’s worth it, trust me. I’m just as skeptical as the next person and I’m EXTRA careful about where I spend my money and what on. Let’s talk about that first. MANÜ has payment options. Which some might think that makes them even more sketchy, right? That’s where the real part of this review comes in. Here I was, perimenopausal, eating super clean, hitting my macros pretty consistently, working out 3-4x a week and getting no where. In a desperate attempt to feel like myself again, I filled out their little intake form and Ms Joselyne immediately text me. Hello customer service! I was definitely skeptical even after asking some clarification questions so I avoided further conversation, but not for long. After speaking with Joselyne, I decided to put an order in for their starter BOGO offer. 8 shots worth for the price of 4. I ordered it, did the payment plan through AfterPay, and thought it would take maybe a week to arrive. Nope. 3 days yall. It took THREE days to arrive, with an ice bag, and clear instructions. So, Memorial Day weekend I took my first shot. *welp, here goes nothin!* I figured if for some reason it was a scam or didn’t work or something, I’m not out much money and lesson learned.
Fast forward to today, just took my 4th shot this morning and did a weigh in and I’m already down 10lbs - this is wild.
But there’s more.
The medication has hardly given side effects. For me personally it’s been a mild headache the first day of my new shot. Nothing major. But some people do get nauseous which I was worried about so Ms Joselyne send some amazing (and free!) anti nausea stuff as well as had it added to the medication itself.
Joselyne has also set up check in appointments via text (text is just my preference, she’ll do calls as well) along my journey. I think that’s important to note because many other companies are just like “here’s your meds let us know when you want more!” But MANÜ said “NOPE not us! We’re with you til the end of time!” Personally, I love that. And to top it off, she’s always reachable - every question, every celebration, every time. She’s an asset for sure.
Anyhow. If you’ve read this far maybe I said something you relate to. My advise? Give this a try!

Joselyne has been a phenomenal assistant to my care through MANÜ! She is very attentive!

This review is a little premature because I have yet to receive the medication. I’m doing the review concerning customer service. I spoke with a young lady named Brittany. She was so kind, knowledgeable and just a sweetheart. I was having problems redeeming my voucher because the companies’s phone lines were down for almost a week. Through no fault of their own, bad weather. She personally texted me from her own cell phone to answer all my questions and take care of my voucher. We need 1 million more Brittany’s in the customer service world. If I could, I would clone her. I will update this review once I have tried the medication. I opted for the NAD shots with the bonus MIC boosters. We shall see.

Joselyne has been so nice to work with, she has been there for every step and answered all of my questions. I received my medication within 2 days and I feel great. I started the medication yesterday.

Joslyn @ this company is amazing very easy to communicate with very attentive and always answered my question. The previous company that I had tried before treated me like a number and they were happy to take my money but they never communicated with me. They kept me on the same dose of medicine and didn't care that I wasn't losing weight.
With MANU Telehealth it has been a game changer and I am completely satisfied and my nurse makes me feel like I am her only patient. They also do monthly calls with me, which the other company did not. If you are considering a weight loss company I highly recommend MANU Telehealth.
