Avoid buying from Maple, they are frauds selling defective devices with absolute NO warranty

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max from Maple’s website, and it had camera and charging issues from the very first day. Despite repeatedly contacting customer support for nearly four months, I have received no repair, replacement, or refund. My warranty claim was denied even though the issues existed from day one.

This has been a very frustrating experience, especially after spending so much money on a premium device. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from Maple.

I recently purchased iphone 16 pre owned from maple, being spektical first although i tried refurbished iphone from controlz.com and cashify both sucks. Every parts is duplicate chinese counterpart. Then this website came and it sells pre owned phone not modified or restored with genuine parts and everything.
