Myself and my business partner had a 1-1 with Micheal yesterday!
He was extremely helpful & we have gained much more knowledge on how to grow our SA business.
He is very easy to communicate to, very open and honest, a lot of mentors in this business can be quite intimidating, especially when you’ve just started out but Micheal is far from that! I’m also part of his WhatsApp group that provides tips & tricks & monthly group calls where they discuss a certain topic which is very helpful!

Couldn’t recommend Micheal & his team enough!

Michael has many many years experience SA and property game. Michael is mentoring Myself and my wife through our transition from BTL to SA. He explained and gave examples of what we would expect both good and bad. Michael is stand up guy no BS just tells it how it is, which is what us newbies to SA require. Cant recommend him enough especially now the wife is on side......that's priceless and has wealth of knowledge that can be tapped into 👍

44 Albert Road was a great apartment to spend our time in Scotland. Great location on the sea with lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on the door step. The apartment felt very homely and had everything we needed. MAP also could not have been any more helpful and everything was clearly communicated and organised before and during our stay.

Second booking for colleagues who are working in the area, the house is comfortable and well equipped with plenty of parking.
The Map Team are always ready to help with our queries, we wouldn't hesitate to book another property.

Cyndi has been absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend booking with this company - the accommodation is stunning and Cyndi has been so supportive, kind and helpful through the whole booking process!

Just back from a fantastic weekend at Michael’s caravan. The caravan was beautiful and a great size. The first night i couldn’t work out the heating so messaged Mick and he replied straight away explaining everything to me, even sent pictures to give me a clearer understanding of his instructions.
Unfortunately we left something at the caravan - when i realised i contacted Mick and he came back to me to let me know it was there and would be posted back to me, no questions asked.
Fantastic customer service, so helpful and genuine nice guy!

I would highly recommend using MAP Property Partners whether looking for your property to be managed or seeking advice. If you’re looking for someone with honesty, integrity and a wealth of experience in property and SA, Michael is the man to go to. He is quick to respond to any queries and genuinely wants the best for his clients and customers.

What a great company to deal with, Michael helped from the start , came up here for work last minute and have been here since just after Easter and michael couldn't be more helpful. Both caravans I stayed in had all that I needed for the time I've been here . Unfortunately the main clubhouse on site is not great regarding customer service etc so I either ate of site or in the caravan. The haven site is probably great for kids but very expensive, even just for a drink and the staff need alot of training , but plenty of places for food, drinks close to site which I would suggest. Map property many thanks for helping me out with great accommodation.

Michael has been excellent since I started using his company to manage my properties. The occupancy rate and returns have been phenomenal!

Easiest was to describe Michael is he is one of the good guys, doesn’t try to sell you or force you into anything he wouldn’t do and tells you exactly how it is. 10/10 would recommend.
