Over charged for items we didn’t break .. avoid !!!

Booked with this company multiple times, great properties and customer service. Highly recomend

Disgustingly dirty on arrival. We rented Wavendon house in MK which had 3 bedrooms. The whole house was filthy and run down. We would’ve left if we could make alternative arrangements but unfortunately not possible.
The back door also had issues.
Constantly tried getting us to cancel through Booking.com and book directly with them.
Avoid, worst self catering I’ve ever stayed in. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking

I booked a property in Milton Keynes (MK9 4BE) through Booking.com 8 months in advance for a 3-week stay (Aug 18 – Sep 8, 2026). On the day the previous guest checked out — just days before my own arrival — I was informed of a leak in the property that would require insurance-covered repairs, with no estimated completion date.

An alternative property was offered, but it did not match the value, location, or type of what I had originally booked and paid for. When I declined the change and asked to keep my original reservation, I was told the property would not be available for any part of my stay, with still no timeline given for repairs.

Communication throughout felt more focused on getting me to accept a modification than resolving the underlying issue, despite my declining more than once. Ultimately, Booking.com stepped in and cancelled the reservation.

I understand property issues can happen, but an 8-month-in-advance booking being disrupted with only days' notice, and no clear resolution offered, made for a stressful and disappointing experience. Would recommend reviewing your booking terms carefully and being cautious with reservations far in advance.

I stayed in 1 of the properties this fraudulent company manage in Northampton they charged for a doggy smell and fur the photos of the dog fur which were black my dog is a white German shepherd not one black hair and to make matters worse Airbnb upheld the claim Stay away

Worst customer service. I booked one their apartment at Milton Keynes through booking.com. I went there and there were no one to contact for keys. I tried to call their customer service department for assistance and i called over 15 times without any response from their end. Out of frustration I ended up going to a new hotel and they have refused to give a refund after several mails and calls

I stayed for work trip recently and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Check-in was smooth because the online staff helped me through the online procedures. I was offered a direct discount at the end too when I needed to extend for 2 more nights which helped me to save money. Will happily booking again and next time on their own website which they said is cheaper than Airbnb and Booking.com.

I would like to leave this property with zero stars but was forced to put 1 so I’m able to write a review.
DO NOT book with YOKO PROPERTIES. This business rents accommodation to minors. We have had our property stolen and was unable to contact YOKO to the point was eventually blocked.
The cleaners are thieves and the management are extremely dodgy. A lot of illegal activity had taken place in there property and the police we’re fortunately the only people to help. Still trying to claim our £200 deposit but haven’t been successful as of yet. We had to contact the police regarding items which were left at the property as YOKO was requesting more money for a handover which is actually a crime according to the police, when we informed them we would be taking this further and seeking professional advice/help they then emailed to say as a good will gesture they would return the items. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you are looking for a safe and clean stay, please choose elsewhere and do your research.

Great apartment and perfect location!

A group of five of us recently stayed in the apartment, and it couldn’t have been any better!

The apartment was exactly as described on the website and was perfectly spacious for all five people, with two double rooms and a sofa bed in the living area, which had kindly been made up ready for our arrival.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, whilst also being sleek and modern. Having two bathrooms, both with showers, also made the stay much easier.

The balcony was an added bonus, and it was great that it could be accessed from every room.

The apartment was perfectly located, with Sainsbury’s and the hub just 6–7 minutes away, and the main shopping centre around 10 minutes away.

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the shopping centre and local amenities, as well as anyone wanting to experience MK nightlife.

We stayed in fury court for about 8 days. This is a perfect, self-contained accommodation but the garden which is super handy makes it feel roomier. It was clean and virtually all brand new. The staff were helpful and accommodating and this was appreciated as we were in between houses so had more bags than average and our two cats. Location wise it is quite central and east to move around. I highly recommend for a peaceful escape or to work from.

Yoko Property has been an excellent landlord to work with throughout the process. They have always been very helpful, responsive, and cooperative whenever assistance was needed. Communication has been smooth and professional, and they are proactive in resolving any issues quickly. We truly appreciate their support and positive approach, and we would be very happy to continue working with them again in the future. Highly recommended landlord!

It's my pleasure for my family to stay in the 2 bedrooms apt at Union Court , 2 Canal street for the past 5 months. It's Flat 18 on the top floor with a fabulous view over the canal and the green court yard and a large balcony. Internally a beautiful kitchen, a large living dining room. Two bedrooms can live with 4 persons. We enjoyed entirely and happily during the entire stay with a very fast Wifi. The most important of all are the amenities and services every 2 weeks including all cleanings, bed sheets changing, oven and fridge were cleaned.

As a solo female traveller, with sometime mobility needs, safety is paramount.

This company is professional and their properties are safe. They are available on phone, email and WhatsApp in case of queries and are helpful around short notice bookings, even with pets.

Yoko Property promote to their guests to use another resident’s parking space at 15 Watson House, Turing Gate as it is the same number as their flat. I have desperately written many times asking them to stop parking there but they ignore me. I started living in the apartment in 2018 because of the space. My brother is disabled. Yoko Property have heartlessly refused to acknowledge my desperate pleas and so I resort to an on line review to try and get them to STOP.

Our staff stayed at one of Yoko’s property in Derby for a month whilst they were working in the area. The house was fantastic and the service was too. Highly recommended!

My family and I recently stayed at Lutterworth House, the house was much larger compared to photos, very clean and was beautifully decorated. Highly recommended!
