Wiederholtes Löschen negativer Bewertungen trotz persönlicher Erfahrungen

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren mehrfach erlebt, dass meine negativen Bewertungen auf Google Maps gelöscht wurden, obwohl sie auf eigenen, realen Erfahrungen beruhten und sachlich formuliert waren.

Besonders irritierend war ein aktueller Fall: Eine kritische Bewertung eines Fitnessstudios wurde entfernt mit der Begründung, der Inhalt entspreche „nicht der Wahrheit“. Eine konkrete Erklärung, welche Aussage falsch sein soll oder warum, wurde jedoch nicht geliefert. Die Bewertung enthielt weder Beleidigungen noch falsche Tatsachenbehauptungen, sondern schilderte ausschließlich persönliche Eindrücke.

Dieses Vorgehen wirkt intransparent und willkürlich. Wenn persönliche Erfahrungen pauschal als „unwahr“ eingestuft werden, ohne Begründung oder Möglichkeit zur nachvollziehbaren Klärung, leidet die Glaubwürdigkeit des gesamten Bewertungssystems.

Für mich entsteht der Eindruck, dass negative Bewertungen deutlich strenger behandelt oder gezielt entfernt werden, während positive Inhalte bestehen bleiben. Damit verliert Google Maps zunehmend seinen Wert als neutrale und verlässliche Plattform für Verbrauchermeinungen.

Over the last few months Google has removed many of my reviews saying they are "fake engagement" even when there are photos of me at the site or photos of the receipts!

I am a level 8 reviewer and have used Google Maps for years to write 473 reviews.

But now as my reviews stretching back years now are being removed without warning or notification I now dont trust the reviews at Google maps.

Beware of the Google Maps criminal; he's a Satan on this planet, left free to commit his crimes as he pleases, whenever and however much he pleases. I'm being harassed by the Google Maps gang even where I do my shopping; he delays my orders. Even where I get my nails done, he follows me in advance to mistreat me, rob me, and want to destroy me socially and even mentally. And the worst part is that the authorities support him. He, along with the trafficker David Morales Jiménez, born in Cadiz, has ruined my life. They've even sought me out at veterinary clinics to do evil things to me. BEWARE OF GOOGLE MAPS; THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD WITHDRAW THIS GREAT SUPPORT THEY GIVE HIM.

Google maps got me lost again. It said go to bus stop D and catch the 24 or the 29. When I got there D only serves the 27. Being dyslexic and avoiding getting my phone out I got on the 27. It started in the right direction so I thought it was the right bus, but in the end it added half an hour to my journey. I checked on TFL and the 24 and 29 don’t go from stop D.

There is a wealth of information available on Google Maps; it helps with route planning, visits to stores and other places, and research of any other kind. The potential of Google Maps is huge.

But where Google Maps fails, and fails abysmally, is in the accuracy of the information it includes.
Users can add or change information. But some of the information that's been added is not accurate for various reasons. When other users attempt to correct it, Google Maps rejects the correction without explaining why.
The same has happened when good faith edits of other kinds, despite being easily verifiable as accurate, are rejected without explanations.

I've attempted edits; some relocate businesses to their correct location from locations that are clearly in areas where there is no human presence, despite the correct locations visible and verifiable using Google's own Street View. I've attempted other edits try to add other correct information, but some have failed with no explanation for the rejections.

What that means is that the entire application of Google Maps cannot be relied upon. What a wasted effort.

Das google Bewertungssystem ist mittlerweile realitätsfremd, absolut vertrauensunwürdig, in hohem Maße ungerecht, einfach unbrauchbar, überflüssig und eine reine Enttäuschung. Den Bewerteten wird es viel zu einfach gemacht wird,
negative Bewertungen mittels fadenscheiniger, unwahrer Behauptungen (meist Diffamierung bzw. schädlicher Inhalt) mit sofortigem Erfolg löschen zu lassen, obwohl die Bewertung der Wahrheit entspricht.
Negative Bewertungen werden bei einer Meldung des Bewerteten zu Unrecht im Vorfeld schon gleich immer gelöscht, ohne den Verfasser wirklich angehört zu haben. Was ist das denn bitte für eine Rechtsauffassung - gar keine ! Hier wird in hohem Masse dem Autor Unrecht getan und es wird ihm bei einer Meldung generell das Verfassen klarer Unwahrheiten unterstellt. Kein
Gericht dieser Welt würde nur eine Partei anhören und dann schon gegen die andere Partei ein negatives, unwiderufliches Urteil fällen. Man muss natürlich immer erst beide Seiten befragen und dann erst entscheiden und ein Urteil fällen.
Google hat gar nichts verstanden und setzt sich hier über alle vernünftigen Vorgehensweisen, welche ein Richter tun würde.
Jeder Autor, der eine negative Bewertung verfasst wird bei einer Meldung schon unter Generalverdacht gestellt, dass das
in jedem Fall alles gelogen ist, Google schafft hier seine eigenen Gesetzmäßigkeiten. Hier bestimmt angeblich KI und der Programmierer was mit der Bewertung getan wird.
Das scheinheilige Google-Bewertungssystem ist es deshalb nicht mehr wert, seine kostbare Lebenszeit damit zu verbringen dort noch irgendeine kostenlose Informationen zu liefern. Hier wird sich seitens des Portals absichtlich über alle vernünftigen Vorgehensweisen der Gerechtigkeitsfindung in übelster Weise hinweggesetzt und einfach irgendetwas programmtechnisch irgendwie ausgewertet und irgendwie falsch entschieden, was auf
beiden Seiten, Bewerter und Bewerteter für großen Unmut und Ärger sorgt, weil dadurch ständig nur noch Fehlentscheidungen getroffen werden.
Deshalb kann man diese von vorn herein feststehenden Pseudo-Entscheidungen auch als reine Willkür bzw. generelle Absicherung bzw. Abwehrmechanismus ansehen. Seriös und verantwortungsvoll sind in diesem Fall Fehlanzeige.

Und das ist auch der Grund, warum die Betroffenen dann nach jeder dieser Löschungs-Entscheidungen niemals konkrete Antworten mit den Begründungen dafür erhalten, weil es gar keine vernünftigen Gründe gibt! Google beugt sich hier generell der
Meldung des Bewerteten, wegen Diffamierung, oder schädl. Inhalte, weil das der einfachste Weg ist, um allem Ärger und Zeitaufwand dafür aus dem Weg zu gehen, d.h., dass wohl keinem einzigen Einspruch (auch mit Beweisen) jemals stattgegeben wird. Die Zeit für den Einspruch kann man sich also sparen. Das ist einfach nur widerlich und charakterlos. Das gehört eigentlich unter sehr harte Strafe gestellt, weil es hier nicht mehr demokratisch zu geht, hier ist der Gesetzgeber gefragt, ansonsten das Google maps Bewertung-System bitte gnadenlos abschalten. Oder eben eine Millionen-Strafe auf das Auge drücken, keine Gnade mehr. Google gehört auch daraufhin verklagt, dass es in maps die Bewertungen von anderen, vertrauenswürdigeren Portalen anzeigen muss bzw. wieviel Bewertungen ein Unternehmen schon hat löschen lassen.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich von Google weit zu distanzieren und Google nur noch ganz selten bzw. gar nicht mehr zu nutzen, auch nicht mehr als Suchmaschine, hier gibt es wesentlich vertrauenswürdigere Suchmaschinen, ohne dieser gewaltigen Datenkralle.
Das was Google über die Menschen alles weiß, würden diese niemals gerade so auf direkte Nachfrage hin den Leuten verbal erzählen und übermitteln.

Google Maps postet lediglich positive Bewertung. Negative werden gelöscht. Wozu dann noch dieses Platform noch gut? Kein Verlass und kein Vertrauen! Das hat mit Meinungsfreiheit nicht zu tun.

Google all of a sudden has removed hundreds of reviews I left, regardless if positive 5 stars or bad 1 star..

A company that reviews everything other than itself! It has gone from bad to worse! I hope that the world revolts, and that somebody takes their cheese away!

Leider muss ich bestätigen: negative Bewertungen werden entfernt bzw. wegen irgendeinem unerklärlichen Fehlverhaltens meinerseits nicht veröffentlicht. Und ich bemühe mich, nicht zu schimpfen, sondern in vernünftigen Worten mein Erlebtes wiederzugeben... Ich Vertraue keinen Bewertungen mehr!

Terrible app, never gives correct information, traffic information is always late. I will not be using this again, Waze is far superior to this old and out of date crap

Doesn’t always provide the fastest or most obvious route and sometimes takes nonsensical, pointless detours. I think Google may be using an algorithm to spread the load on the most heavily used roads, even when there isn’t a traffic problem. I sometimes compare routes with my husband and there can be a 15 minute difference in an hour journey between our 2 phones, because one app has selected a longer route, for no apparent reason.
Reviews of businesses seem to be overly positive and I don’t trust them. I just use GM to locate a business - which is useful - and I use other apps for reviews.
I’d like to be able to share ETA which Apple Maps allows and Google Maps doesn’t yet.

Non funziona più niente , continuano a bloccare permessi che prima c'erano, non si possono più registrare le telefonate e con l'ultimo aggiornamento hanno tolto i permessi per Echo auto .
Che modo di mexda di operare .

Google maps used to be good at directions. Now it gives completely the wrong advice while driving. So many times it's getting me to leave a motorway and then get straight back on, or in another case displaying a route that was twice as long as another perfectly valid route. It's becoming unusable.
