My experience with this company has been extremely negative — they failed to fulfill their obligations towards me, and a significant amount remains unpaid to this day. In my opinion, this is a highly unreliable company, and I strongly recommend exercising great caution before working with them.

My personal experience working with Marbella Houses was very negative, and for this reason I cannot recommend this company either to potential clients or to people considering professional cooperation with them.

In 2024, I was invited to collaborate in the sale of real estate on the Costa del Sol. At first, everything appeared professional, but very quickly serious organizational problems, lack of transparency, and changes to previously agreed terms began to emerge.

During the cooperation, the following situations occurred, among others:
– the sudden termination of our cooperation via WhatsApp,
– problems with the settlement of commissions for completed sales,
– attempts to challenge previous agreements,
– organizational chaos and lack of clear communication,
– and situations that ultimately resulted in the matter being referred to court in Marbella.

Despite the fact that 3 transactions have already been settled between the developer and the agency, I still have not received the commission owed to me.

Over time, I also learned about other people who had similar experiences regarding settlements and cooperation with this company.

What concerned me the most was that the company’s marketing image differed significantly from the reality I experienced during day-to-day cooperation.

Everyone should draw their own conclusions, but as someone who possesses full documentation of conversations, agreements, and the course of our cooperation, I definitely would not choose to work with Marbella Houses / Global Houses again.

NO TIENEN LIQUIDEZ, NO PAGAN SUS DEUDAS, MOROSOS.

An absolute scam. They steal deposit money claiming that tenants have broken or stolen items. They rented an apartment out to us where they ask for months of rent upfront & then neglect the issues the property has. In our case we had severe water damage in the apartment that they failed to fix and also had a dishwasher there that almost blew up due to it being broken & flooded. The real estate agent pretends to not understand when confronted & avoids responsibility. Overall they are liars and will steal your money. Always read the contracts and look at your rights before signing everything as sadly the market is full of these bad types of agents and landlords.
