Helpful, concise and clear guidance from Dan with our renewal.

Dan was exceptional from start to finish in our house buying process. He went above and beyond to secure us the best deal under time pressure and was always responsive to our enquires, ensuring we were well informed and making the correct moves at different stages of the process. I really couldn’t fault the service we received, I would happily use Liddington mortgages again if required in the future.

We cannot recommend Dan and his team at Liddington Mortgages highly enough. The whole process of purchasing a house felt daunting, but Dan and his team were there to support us every step of the way.
They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always available whenever we needed advice or reassurance. No matter the time of day, they were quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had, making the entire experience much less stressful.

Had The Absolute Pleasure of having Dan Gale and Romulo assisting us with our first house buying journey. All I can say is no question was ever left unanswered whether that was 8am or 8pm even on weekends they couldnt do enough to help us. I don’t know where to begin with but I only want to say that Dan has been a great help during this whole process of buying a home. I can assure you if you are new to this game and don’t know anything about it then DAN is the right person to guide you and has a LOT of PATIENCE. Also his team mate Mr. Romulo is a star and is ready to help anytime. I personally had to rearrange my meetings with him 3-4 times and yet he was so accommodating,kind and patient.
