Espetaculares

The customer service of this company is terrific. I ordered a pair of sunglasses I liked based on the pictures of their advertising. Price was great and free shipping. Product was great but a little small for my big head. It was a pair of glasses from their "Original" line of sunglasses. I contacted by email to return and told why and customer service suggest same design in their newer "Signature" line. They made the transaction easy and in no time I received the Signature line glasses-again free shipping- and they fit great!! Love the product so much am telling friends and family to try them. And as I said, great customer service.

Tutto è iniziato il 21 agosto scorso quando ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da sole ed uno era in regalo. Moretti ha affidato la consegna al corriere HR parcel. Il mio indirizzo era incompleto mancava il numero civico. Ho subito rinviato il mio indirizzo completo tra mite la chat sul sito del corriere ho comunicato l'indirizzo compèleto in email anche a Moretti i quali hanno comunicato il tutto al corriere. Il corriere non ha voluto sapere ed ha restituito al mittente gli occhiali. Non avendo ricevuto nulla nel frattempo ho aperto una contestazione tramite Pay Pal. Sono stato contattato dal team dell'azienda Moretti che mi hanno chiesto di chiudere la contestazione in quanto mi avrebbero rispedito gli occhiali. Mi sono fidato ho chiuso la contestazione aperta su Pay Pal e l'azienda Moretti mi ha rispedito gli occhiali con lo stesso corriere. Gli occhiali sono stati in giacenzaz dal corriere per quattro giorni, ho sollecitato sulla chat sul sito del corriere e il 28 settembre 2026 alle ore 14.29 il corriere ha scritto sulla chat che gli occhiali mi erano stati consegnati. Ma io ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla. L'azienda Moretti contattata da me mi ha risposto che avrebbe fatto, tramite il loro ufficio logistico, una accurata ricerca presso il corriere. Di questa ricerca non ho più avuto notizie. Ho richiesto allora il rimborso per la mancata consegna degli occhiali, l'azienda Moretti il 3 ottobre 2026 mi ha scritto dicendo che avrebbe provveduto a rimborsarmi il costo degli occhiali (€.39). Ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla allora gli ho scritto e mi hanno trovato delle scuse dicendomi che ....."stiamo attualmente riscontrando alcune difficoltà tecniche nella gestione di determinati rimborsi......."
Il rimborso consiste nell'accreditarmi sul mio conto pay pal l'importo degli occhiali, accredito che andrebbe fatto con una semplice email visto che loro hanno un account pay pal per accettare i pagamenti.
Tutto ciò che ho scritto nella recensione e supportato da documentazione (scambio di email) avuto con l'azienda

Quand j’ai passé ma commande J’avais oublié de rajouter la 2eme paire gratuite je leur ai envoyé un mail la réaction a été immédiate j’ai eu le service après vente qui m’a demandé de choisir la paire manquante et les ai reçu dans la foulée j’avoue que ce site est tres professionnel honnête et très réactif je vous le recommande +++

I love my glasses! Better than I even imagined. And I get lots of compliments and inquiries from where I got them. I have lots of expensive sunglasses, but these are my favorites! Thank you for the great customer service as well!
