It was a good deal, they glasses look good, I got what i expected and the continued communiticatons until the product arrived was good.

Les lunettes sont très belles mais personnellement je les trouve un peu petites pour un visage d'homme. Le fait qu'elles soient mixtes en est peut être là raison.

Bon rapport qualité prix , dommage qu’il n’existe pas un modèle plus grand au niveau des verres , paraît trop petit sur un plus grand visage.

Delayed Order and Lack of Shipping Updates

I placed an order with Marco Moretti 7 days ago, and so far, I still haven’t received any concrete information about the status of my order or the expected delivery date.

The delay is already concerning, but what bothers me most is the lack of communication and transparency regarding my purchase. As a customer, I believe the bare minimum is to receive updates on the status of an order, especially when delivery deadlines are not met.

Seven days after placing my order, I still have no idea when I will receive my product. This lack of information undermines my trust in the brand and has resulted in a very disappointing shopping experience.

I hope the brand improves its communication with customers and provides me with a clear update on the status of my order. Purchasing a product should be a straightforward process, not a situation where customers are left waiting without any information.
