Went to Caribbean with Marella and had a wonderful time. Everything on the ship runs as smooth as clockwork. We could not fault anything. Our housekeeper âLuckyâ on Deck 9 was amazing along with âShemareoâ who was the bar waiter around the pool who kept us topped up with drinks and iced water.Too many staff to give a review about but all fantastic.

Just returned from a week's Caribbean cruise on Marella Discovery.We were in a balcony suite 8040 and it was lovely and quiet.The ships decoration is modern compared to Marella Explorer which we were on last year.
We went to the main restaurant every night mostly because the Italian was always too long to wait for a table and we do not like a buffet in the evening.We shared a table most nights in order not to have to wait and also we enjoyed the company.We went to the buffet for breakfast.All the food was lovely and a good choice.One night we did wait an hour for our main course and did complain and apologies given.
Due to the ship being all inclusive a lot of passengers do drink all day and night and look a bit worse for wear but no trouble but maybe noisy at times.
We went to most of the shows which were ok but the last show was about Broadway musicals which I thought I would not like as not my taste but the singing was brilliant.The other entertainment you could take it or leave it depending on your taste.
The ships staff are all very helpful and pleasant and would do anything to help you.They are constantly cleaning everywhere and I have never seen such spotless toilets on a cruise and all working.Everyone was encouraged to disinfectant their hands but we did see a few people who used the toilet and did not wash their hands which is unacceptable.
Overall a very efficiently run vessel for the whole week.
We visited a couple of islands which didn't have much to see eg St Croix which is run down and hasn't changed since we were there years ago and had been recently hit by a hurricane and Ponce on a Sunday where nothing much was open.There was a lovely plaza with a festival but not much else.
There was also the immigration aspect of entering American Islands.We had to collect a number at 9 am and then wait until your no was called to go to immigration and carry your passport all day which is not great.In Ponce we also had to carry our passport incase of spot checks.Ponce had loads of police on foot and in cars which suggests issues.
Overall we enjoyed our cruise but did find it a bit noisy at times and we were glad to escape to our cabin for some quiet.We enjoy the fact that you visit different places nearly every day and this is the main reason we cruise.

Premessa: sono stata per anni cliente soddisfatta del brand (su negozi fisici).
Mi decido ad acquistare un capospalla presso lo store online: non lo avessi mai fatto!
Punto uno: vedo un cappotto definito " in alpaca". Arrivato a casa si dimostra essere un generico tessuto " pura lana" più seta. La taglia, poi, assolutamente fuori canone. Cosa ancora più grave successa: mi ero accorta che il prodotto in carrello aveva un costo ma all' atto dell' acquisto mi era stato addebitato un importo molto più alto. Chiedo mi sia resa la differenza di prezzo pagata: silenzio tombale.
Veniamo al reso: mi si dice di scegliere giorno e ora. Perfetto! Concordo il tutto. Per puro caso controllo tra le mail e con mia grande sorpresa scopro che, secondo il corriere, io, a casa in malattia, non sarei stata presente al momento del ritiro. Peccato che proprio in quella fascia oraria era presente il medico fiscale ( ho la ricetta con data e ora) e perdipiù che il corriere sia passato al di fuori dell' orario da me richiesto.
Ora il servizio clienti mi offre : di richiamarli tra qualche giorno per chiedere etichetta di reso e recarmi ad un punto di ritiro (sperando non sia un un' altra città ). Risultato: avete perso una cliente affezionata e storica.

Marella cruising
Well what can I say? Weâve just come off a cruise on the Marella Explorer fantastic weâve been on 7 to 8 cruisers now and we just booked one for next January on the Voyager. I think weâve done all the ships now. Going back to the Explorer the staff in the lounge was fantastic ðin the squid was fantastic very helpful very funny ððfood was once again very good looking forward to our next one
May I just say the house keeping where fantastic very clean ðkeep up the good workðððð

WELL, Fantastic to everyone - flight and transport. We had great time on the cruise from the entertainment to the food.
The captain was Great, seen him every day around the ship, had 30 minute chattime on deck at the pool area with all guests, thought this was great.Also he was in the Christmas night entertainment on stage, bloody brilliant ð.
Cabin staff very polite friendly and professional, Cabin perfection every day, thank you to Monna Cath & Dita â€ïž.
We found 2 very special people at the restaurant that served us, Manwel & Uma, a BIG BIG thankyou â€ïž.

I bought a cashmere cardigan in NaplesâŠ
I bought a cashmere cardigan in Naples 25 in November. In December 25 I claimed the cardigan had already several small holes.
After contacing the customer service they first answered after 1 week and then requested where my residential address was.
After this request I had to aks again after 2 more weeks of no answer, they said, they cannot refund, as it must have been my usage.
Even if I would have worn in for two months straight - it should not show any holes.
198 EUR spent for shit, which does not last 8 times wearing.
Customer service is only responding after you ask- what a disservice.
Never buying anything of that brand again.

Returns are a nightmare
Parcel was slow to arrive and returns are a nightmare.
The Voyager is the best Marella ship I have sailed on.
As usual everything was up to a good standard and the Show team the best I have seen on all my cruises. Happy staff made a happy Ship. Canât fault anything.

Marella do not publish the feedback you give them. We went on the Marella Explorer 2 21st Nov to 28th around the Canaries, we have been on multiple Tui cruises but found that standards have dropped. The food particularly in the buffet section was terrible with poor chewy meat and the coffee was like dishwater. The drinks package is now included in the price which makes it a more expensive cruise, but does not give a good deal for people who do not drink a lot, and the drinks which were served up are of a poorer quality instead of using fruit juice mixers they tend to use cordial. The coffee shop is only included in the premium drinks package which they are constantly plugging which seems strange as coffee is cheaper than alcohol. On the plus side the entertainment shows were a bit better, with some good shows, but the other entertainment is not much good with a lot of quizzes. The cabin staff, bar staff were good at their jobs friendly and hard working and we could not fault them. The standards though on what is provided need to improve, as customers do have a choice. We did submit a feedback survey but these do not show up anywhere on the Tui cruise section.

Ho acquistato dei pantaloni in lana vergine per oltre 230⬠e purtroppo al loro arrivo ho visto dallâetichetta che erano prodotti in Albania e non in Italia :/

Stavo effettuando un ordine ed ero in attesa di ricevere la conferma con relativo numero d'ordine quando all'improvviso il mio WiFi non ha più funzionato trovando il mio pagamento in sospeso e l'articolo in carrello, ho quindi deciso di contattare il servizio clienti che ha controllato tutti i vari passaggi fino alla conferma che il problema era stato risolto.

Small, shared garden, not private at all.
I am living next door to one of the Marella Escapes rentals in West Oxfordshire.
The walls are PAPER THIN. We cannot hear our TV over the guests' foul language, shrieking, laughter and partying. It is like being in your living room with you!
They frequently block the road and the refuse collection vans cannot get through.
The management of this property do not care. We have a number to call in the event of excessive noise, but the management do nothing whatsoever.
If you book this small Cotswold terraced property, please be aware that families with young children live nearby and we have worked all week and need sleep. Keeping us up until 12.30am is selfish and inconsiderate.
If you want all your personal baggage, your angry arguments with your wife and kids to be heard WORD FOR WORD then by all means, go ahead and book.
If you want a private Coatwold retreat there are plenty of others to choose from.
