I am very extremely disappointed with the service and support provided by Marg ERP.

Before purchasing the software, your sales team continuously contacted us and assured us of excellent customer support and prompt issue resolution. However, after the payment was completed, the situation completely changed. Calls are not being answered properly, support is delayed, and our issues remain unresolved for a long time.

This has been one of the worst customer support experiences we have faced

I am extremely disappointed with the service of Marg ERP. Before purchasing the software, their team continuously called and promised excellent support. But after payment, nobody answers calls or provides proper assistance.
This is one of the worst customer support experiences I have faced. A company that ignores customers after taking payment is damaging its own reputation and customer trust.
If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will continue sharing my experience publicly on every review and complaint platform so other customers know the reality of the after-sales service.
I request the management team to take this complaint seriously and contact me immediately.

Very disappointing support experience


Very disappointing support experience from Marg ERP.

My reorder issue has been pending for almost 1 month and still no proper resolution has been provided. Every day a new support person calls, checks the system remotely and simply says “sir time lagega”, but nobody gives a final solution or timeline.

Because of this unresolved issue:

- Manual billing is being done continuously
- Daily business operations are badly affected
- Huge business time and financial loss is happening
- Continuous mental harassment due to poor support coordination

The most shocking part is that my support ticket was even CLOSED without resolving the actual problem.

Dealer, customer care, email support and IT team — everyone keeps forwarding the issue to someone else, but no one takes real responsibility.

For business-critical ERP software, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Before purchasing Marg ERP, businesses should seriously consider the quality of after-sales support because when a critical issue occurs, getting an actual resolution becomes extremely difficult.

I hope senior management notices this review and resolves the issue urgently.

One of the worse after sales service

One of the worse after sales service. The marketing and sales team are fraud. They just want you to sell that is. Please ask for a quote and proper agreement with everything mentioned before you make payment. As once payment made dont expect any service. Even Gst invoice you will have to chase hard.

To be short they are fraud, try and avoid.

It is the best pharmacy software I have


It is the best pharmacy software I have ever used till date. Best part of this is it gives me all kind of important reminders be it expiry medicines notification, sending client payment reminders or customer prescription alerts it helps me a lot in saving costs and improving my profit margins a lot.

nonuser friendly with overpriced renewal cost. it's the way marg people exploit it's customer by first selling there software and after that they make money in renewal time. so be careful while opting marg. i found vyapar software to be user friendly and economical with decent price for desktop and mobile for 7500/- for 3 years, and renewal cost again same purchase amount. Support centre 24*7

Fast Billing Software

I’ve been using Marg’s billing software for my retail shop and it’s made billing and stock management much easier. The process is faster, GST handling is smooth, and the reports are clear. Support team is also helpful. A great choice for retailers who want simple and reliable billing software.

purchased MARG HRXpert and got literally very disappointed with the service
After the sale they are not responding to emails.
The team is not answering calls and messages.
Its been a month and the software is truely a nonsense.
full of glitches. No data available, nothing is working properly.
A total waste of money.

I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue that has been pending for over 90 days. Despite multiple follow-ups with your support team, my issue regarding the purchase import function not working is still unresolved.

Every time I contact support, I am asked to explain the problem from the beginning — yet no real solution is provided. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issue has been transferred to the IT team, but there has been no progress, no follow-up, and no resolution.

We purchased your software with the belief that it would make our operations easier, not harder. Due to this ongoing import issue, we have been forced to enter data manually for the past 3 months, resulting in wasted time, manpower, and serious operational inefficiency.

Frankly, this level of service is extremely disappointing. We chose your software over others based on its features and your brand’s promise of support — but this experience has not lived up to expectations.

Please treat this as a high-priority matter and escalate it to your senior technical team or product manager. We request a clear explanation of the root cause and a committed timeline for resolution. If we do not receive a satisfactory response soon, we will be forced to explore alternative options and escalate further.

thsi wont make any difference for the


thsi wont make any difference for the company as what i have experineced .

go for any other software even if it is costing somewhat more.....marg company is not standard,they keep charging for features already included in the software from time to time even after renewing the license anually. somewhat or the other problem/issue arising from time to time in the software. its not standardised,have to make changes in the software by them...

their company distributor/dealer also dont bother to inform about these charges/changes at the time of renewal or buying new software,they just answer that its the company that has made the policies and we are not responsible.

better option is to switch to other software earlier than later to avoid further problems .
