I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this team, especially at the senior management level.
Despite clear discussions and confident commitments made during initial interactions—including assurances around support and commercial aspects—the response later shifted completely toward rigid processes, with no accountability for what was previously communicated.
The biggest concern was communication. Calls made during working hours went unanswered multiple times, and repeated follow-ups were then labeled as “inappropriate,” which is both unfair and unprofessional. Even after escalation, there was a clear lack of ownership and timely response from the concerned team members.
Another major issue is the commercial approach. I was asked to pay ₹8,000 per day per person just to work on a “Modify Tender Only” option—which is not an advanced feature but a basic necessity considering today’s payment methods like UPI, card, and cash combinations. If we assume even 10 days of effort, the cost reaches ₹80,000, which is equivalent to the actual price at which the software was purchased.
Even after quoting such a high amount, the team is still unable to confirm whether this basic feature can be implemented. This raises serious concerns about both technical clarity and decision-making within the organization.
In my experience, there were multiple instances where verbal commitments were later not aligned with the response provided. I would strongly advise others to ensure that any commitments—especially from representatives are documented in writing for clarity and accountability.
While an apology was eventually shared, it came without any concrete resolution or acknowledgment of earlier commitments. Instead, the focus remained on procedural explanations rather than addressing the actual issue.
For a company operating in this space, transparency, consistency, and accountability are expected—especially from senior representatives. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite.

i had pathetic experience in my entire journey with Go Frugal over past 6 months in using their software - every small change or issues take ages if not resolved within 1 day. They cannot even provide basis SOP for the reports generated from the system - E- Waybill was not GST compliant and took 3 months for development to make changes which is still 90% done. they have extremely slow response rate in resolving customer grievances. They do listen to us and keep the customer hanging unless you escalate.

This is from nandadeepa supermart. surathkal,mangalore. i started using this software from april 2024. software is too good and has lot of features to study but the problem is that lack of trainers, i have not received proper training to use this software effectively. actually we want to upgrade it further but has no confident in service. please arrange some trainers to visit the customers place whenever required. i hope you will do the needful.

I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance for software issues, Mr. Kunal has not received any response. last 5-6 month ago app development but til date not resoulve. The lack of resolution and poor (respons) customer service have been disappointing. I hope for a prompt improvement in communication and issue resolution.
