Ich habe vor etwa 4 Wochen das Kleid Phoebe beige bestellt . Leider passte weder der Schnitt noch die Farbe zu mir. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bei der Retoure bekam ich allerdings ohne Probleme das Geld zurück und hatte eine wirklich sehr positive Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice. Ich habe das Problem geschildert und bekam am nächsten Tag eine nette Hilfestellung . Zum Schluss wurde mir eine nette Geste angeboten,um die anfänglichen Missverstöndnisse gutzumachen. Ich finde, jeder hat eine 2. Chance verdient und man sollte nicht immer gleich negative Bewertungen abgeben. Und - wie meine Großmutter schon zu sagen pflegte : wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so hallt es wider.😉
Seid nett zueinander und gebt dem anderen die Chance, einen möglichen Fehler gutzumachen .
Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen

The Cassandra dress is green is really beautiful. The detail is superb with the beautiful fabric covered buttons. The cotton is of superb quality and doesn’t crease. What a great experience ! From ordering with ease to receiving my beautiful dresses was a great experience. Delivery was faster than I expected from overseas which was grea so I didn't need to wait to long for my order ! The dresses are exquisite quality and look and feel amazing !
